I got this free pass to this “mixed-martial arts” MMA gym so I went yesterday.
I’ve never really been into MMA at all… I guess it’s not my thing to watch two men beat the snot out of each other. To each their own.
But anyhow…
I gave the gym a try yesterday. I joined in a muay thai class, which is essentially really INTENSE kick boxing.
Oh man.
The joys, the pains, the adrenaline highs… it was incredible. But I’m REALLY feeling it today.
How does this relate to your content marketing?
When you do something for the first time, it feels “unnatural”. Almost forced. It may even HURT.
I mean, kicking the crap out of really hard punching bags with your shin isn’t something we do all day, right?
But if you did that 3x a week, every week, you adapt. You get better. You sharpen your skills. It no longer hurts.
The SAME goes for publishing content and marketing your content online…
The first time you rewrite and publish PLR content on your site, it takes some getting used to.
Then you do it again, and again, and all of a sudden, you’ve built an authority site… an ASSET. But this can ONLY happen if you persevere through doubt, pain, and strife…
It can only happen if you COMMIT to doing it REGULARLY.
The hardest part is the start. Once you’re in motion, momentum carries you forward.
When are you starting?
