Welcome to the open office hours today. Uh, my name is Ronnie
0:07
from PLR.me. I'm the founder of PLR.me. And I'm joined by, uh,
0:11
Richard Butler, who is our director of education, and director of
0:14
humor. Yes, he's, he's the comedian in the company.
0:19
Um, you know,
0:20
you should actually do standup or something for all of us when they that'd be
0:23
hilarious. So we're going to cover a lot of your questions today. Uh, Richard,
0:28
if you don't mind, we'll take it away. Let's let's get right to it.
0:31
Okay. So, uh,
0:33
we're going to just briefly talk about what is PLR and why use it
0:38
then we're going to roll it into, I think as long as you said, I,
0:43
I didn't really think about it too much,
0:44
but 46,000 students I enrolled in a year,
0:48
Udemycourse are in well for you to me courses.
0:50
It's not that I have thousands of you to me courses.
0:53
I'm going to talk to you about that. Um,
0:55
we want to cover five most popular questions.
0:57
I'd say that the frequently asked questions that we get all the time.
1:01
We want to just cover those for you, tell you some top tips and secrets.
1:04
And then we have selected a number of questions that came through because as
1:08
Ronnie said from last time, and from this time we've had hundreds of questions.
1:12
So we've tried to distill down a couple of questions that we think are really
1:16
good, and we're going to answer those. And then we will take Q and a, um,
1:22
first question, private label rights. What is it? Uh, well, PLR,
1:25
private label rights,
1:26
also known as white labeling and something that I always tell people.
1:31
You have interacted with white labeled products in the real world.
1:35
You go to the supermarket and the supermarket have their own brand of products.
1:40
They didn't create them. They went out to a manufacturer and they said,
1:44
could we license your product and put our brand on it?
1:48
And they do that now, why do they do that? Because it cuts down the time.
1:52
If they had to build a manufacturing plant, if they have to staff it,
1:55
if they had to do everything, it would be just, it'd be too much.
1:59
So they are taking it.
2:01
They're putting their own brand on it and they're selling it as their own.
2:04
And they're happy. And that's well,
2:07
that does come into one of the questions that people ask us is,
2:10
is it okay to use your content because it's not my voice.
2:14
And we'll talk about that because I understand as, um,
2:19
you know, ethical, uh, content creators, sometimes we're afraid of that,
2:24
but can I use somebody else's words and we'll talk to you.
2:26
I'm going to tell you exactly how to do that. Um,
2:30
we've been around for 12 years. I personally have been a member for 10 years,
2:35
and I always tell people that I found this website.
2:38
I thought it was really good. And I said, well, I'll give it a try.
2:42
And what 12, 12 years later, I'm now working with PLR that may,
2:47
because I really do believe that the content is just fantastic.
2:51
I'm not saying that because Ronnie's here
2:54
or he didn't tell me you better say that or else,
2:56
but honestly hand on heart 10 years as a member. And I love the content. Now,
3:02
one of the things that I did was I created courses on you to me.
3:07
Um, my background,
3:09
I've always been a trainer teacher and then natural progression from trainer
3:13
teacher then to coach was all,
3:15
why don't I use this interwebs thing to actually deliver more
3:20
training to a wider audience?
3:23
And you can see the 46,000 students is the wider audience that I have
3:28
actually managed to impact. Um,
3:31
and every month you to me sends me messages and tells me this is the impact that
3:36
you've had across the globe with all, uh,
3:39
all of the students from all the different countries and the amount of hours
3:42
that have been consumed. Now,
3:45
I know a lot about the things that I have a lot about mindfulness goal setting,
3:50
et cetera. But if I had to produce a course,
3:55
if I'm completely honest, if I can be completely honest,
3:58
I wouldn't be able to do it by myself because it would take too long and I would
4:02
then be stuck. I will be just a disaster.
4:05
So with PLR content, from plr.me,
4:11
I was able to do a number of things with my course.
4:14
And I'll show you the courses just in a second.
4:16
And this cut down the actual time.
4:18
It took me to go from idea to putting my actual and
4:23
aligning it with my actual thoughts and with my values to actually recording it.
4:29
Now, I don't want people to panic and say, well, I couldn't do that.
4:32
And I've been thinking a lot about what I wanted to sort of get across about
4:36
this. I think the hardest part of these courses was just
4:41
getting started. It was just saying I'm going to do it.
4:44
And once I started to do it, it was simple. Um,
4:48
no matter what you do with our content, it doesn't have to be perfect.
4:51
It has to be done.
4:53
If I look at the videos that I initially start to do for a period of may,
4:56
I was quiet as mad as I was hi. Hi, this is Rachel.
5:01
Um, um, Ronnie will tell you if that is true. He said,
5:04
but a bit more energy in it.
5:10
And I have some embarrassing videos that I could certainly share a video that I
5:13
did years ago, but it doesn't matter. It starts. And then you get feedback,
5:17
cause you said, okay, well that, that video was okay,
5:19
but what I could do is I could improve the sound.
5:21
You don't need any specialist equipment as you progress,
5:26
but then invest. But all you really need is just your,
5:30
just your smartphone, your smart phones camera is a really good camera.
5:35
Um, if you want, you can use the headset to record as well.
5:39
So don't let technology stop. You.
5:43
You have something to give people,
5:44
you have something to share with people and you can actually do that very,
5:49
very easily. So here are the four courses that I put together and I I'm,
5:53
I need to go back. I haven't created any more courses. Um, I,
5:57
I need to go back and create some more plan your success. Okay. Um,
6:02
goal setting. So what did I do there? I went on,
6:05
I found some goal setting material and actually downloaded it.
6:09
And then I just reviewed it and said, okay, this is what I want to talk about.
6:12
And I set it up, uh, by modules, et cetera.
6:16
And I'll talk a little bit about the set up just in a second,
6:18
the search for self being authentic. Some of you may,
6:22
if you've searched through our library and through our courses may know that
6:24
this is actually, um, the becoming your beautiful, authentic self,
6:29
if that's is that the running keep? Yep. Yep. I got it. Right.
6:34
So the first thing that I did was I just changed the name,
6:38
the search for self being authentic. And then, um,
6:42
I just took the content and I made my own the seven,
6:45
seven day plus one supercharger life challenges, goal setting, um,
6:48
mindfulness to create an amazing life. All of the content,
6:52
all of the ideas came from P L or.me.
6:55
Now you'll see that I have 220 reviews on planning your
7:00
success.
7:00
74 on the search for self I'm the seven day plus one supercharger live
7:05
challenge, 161.
7:07
These are reviews that are authentic reviews that
7:12
I can't influence in any way.
7:13
It's not that I asked a friend to write the review.
7:15
These are people who've actually written these reviews.
7:17
I can't actually delete these reviews. And for me,
7:22
one of the things that's amazing about something like you to me is that
7:27
you can take those reviews then,
7:29
and you can use them as a testimonials on your website.
7:33
Do you know other people who took courses by Richard Butler side?
7:36
And we'll see some of the, uh, some of the reviews here. Uh, of course,
7:42
of course.
7:42
I want to point something out. That's really important. Uh,
7:45
if you don't mind just going back a slide.
7:47
So the length of the courses are not monstrous, right?
7:52
We're talking about an hour and a half to maximum two and a half hours.
7:57
Um, so why is that important? Well, I mean, first of all, we all are basically.
8:02
I thought that was the question for me.
8:04
I know you have your answer. I want,
8:06
I just want to say something important about this. We're all busy,
8:09
but your audience as well is also super busy.
8:12
And a question that did come up that some,
8:15
some of you submitted in advance was well, like what,
8:19
what do I do with my course? Like, how do I format it?
8:21
Or how do I create the lesson plan? Or, um, you know, what,
8:25
how do I do all of that stuff? And the,
8:27
the reality is we don't need to over-complicate it,
8:30
it needs to be focused on a specific topic or specific person.
8:35
You're not trying to make the ultimate guide to weight, loss,
8:39
nutrition, diet, fitness, like, and et cetera, et cetera,
8:43
because that's overwhelming. But what you do is you focus on one thing.
8:47
You might focus. If, if you're talking about weight loss,
8:49
you might focus just on the nutrition piece or just on the exercise piece.
8:53
And then you might hone it in further to say, well, for busy, uh,
8:57
busy female professionals or for retirees or
9:02
for whatever your audience is. Um,
9:05
the key is you want to have the content laser-focused on your niche,
9:09
on your person, on your core audience.
9:12
And it needs to be bite sized and manageable because guess what they take the
9:16
first course,
9:17
the big goal for you is that they actually complete it because then there's
9:21
going to start to see results. And when they start to see results,
9:24
you get reviews. And when you get reviews, you get more people who are happy,
9:28
who share and spread the word. That's where the word of mouth comes in.
9:31
And then that is actually where they want to hire you.
9:34
And they work with you one-on-one or group calls,
9:37
or take other courses from you and follow you on social media,
9:40
maybe a Tinder live events and workshops and webinars.
9:43
So the key is to get that little win for someone that hour to hour and a half
9:48
Mark for, um, for a course is a sweet spot because it's, first of all,
9:53
it's a lot more manageable for you to create it. But then second of all,
9:56
it's a lot more manageable for people to consume it.
9:59
So I just wanted to point that out, Richard, go ahead.
10:02
I think there's, there's two points there. Um,
10:05
if you decide to do a 20 hour course,
10:08
a 20 hour course could take you 80 hours to produce or
10:13
120 hours, and you're going to get, I'll be honest.
10:17
I would get frustrated with it, but when I,
10:21
when I take courses online or when I buy courses online,
10:24
I like something that is about 90 minutes to 120 minutes long. Why?
10:29
Because if the course is 17 hours,
10:31
I may start the course going for a walk in the morning.
10:35
And then I may pick it up again in the afternoon.
10:37
And I may pick it up again the next day at the gym. Now, if it's 17 hours,
10:41
that may mean that I'm,
10:43
I'm sort of going into that course 100 times,
10:46
because I'm just listening to 10 minutes here, 15 minutes there.
10:49
So by the time it get to the 17 that hour, I said,
10:51
what was this course about anyway,
10:52
because I've forgotten what the beginning was. So I find, as Ronnie said,
10:57
the sweet spot is about 19 minutes because people are busy. Um, for example,
11:01
you and me have, uh,
11:03
an app that people can download your courses and then listen to them.
11:06
I watched them on the go, I know myself when I'm watching YouTube videos,
11:11
I don't watch them. I listen to them because I just feel that that's,
11:15
that's better. So think about that as well. Think about, you know,
11:19
what is the sweet spot for you and for your audience?
11:22
And then you can have a range of courses as well. So I buy this course, Oh,
11:25
well, Richard solve my problem, but goal setting.
11:27
So I guess who's going to solve my problem about present moment mindset.
11:30
I guess he's going to solve my problem with this, this and this. Um,
11:34
do you want me to talk a little bit about the structure and how I structured it?
11:37
Uh, yeah.
11:39
There's some questions about sort of, um, Oh, there's a few questions.
11:43
So just for those, um,
11:45
it'd be a huge help if you're able to put your questions in the Q and a box that
11:49
when we don't miss it, cause the check just keeps scrolling through.
11:51
So that's the best, best way. Ask your questions.
11:54
And we're going to try to answer as many as we can,
11:55
but there a couple of questions about, um, you know, how do you record the, the,
12:00
the, the course and, you know, I'm kind of scared to get on camera now.
12:03
What did you do there and also about pricing?
12:06
Like how do you decide on the cost of your course?
12:09
Well, recording is your iPhone on a simple tripod.
12:15
Okay. Um, that's, that's it. I phone not sorry,
12:20
iPhone smartphone, should I say smartphone,
12:25
tripod and a headset. That's all you need. Uh,
12:28
it can be just your normal headphones.
12:31
That is as simple as the starting point.
12:35
And then from there, um, say what you have to say, you know,
12:39
have an objective.
12:40
This is what I want to cover in this course and then lay it out in a
12:45
systematic way. Now I think a single course, what we always say.
12:50
And I said in one of my videos, it's one, one problem,
12:54
one solution, one product. Okay. Um, I need to,
12:58
I need to set a better goal. Okay. Here's how you set a better goal.
13:02
I will do another course about procrastination, about motivation,
13:06
because I want people to buy one thing. Another thing, another thing,
13:10
another thing I want to make sure that there is that continuity there.
13:15
Um, so just Regina question of,
13:17
do you suggest to start with a single course first before you do group coaching
13:21
program, it depends on your audience. Uh, it depends on what your audience want,
13:25
but I think having a course is really useful because if you want to say,
13:30
um, you know, join my coaching program, you can say, well,
13:35
um, I've had students who have gone through one of my courses I've had over, uh,
13:40
220 reviews of us. This is what people are saying. I will,
13:43
that sounds really good. I'm going to go into Richard's coaching program.
13:46
And then I might be more inclined to say,
13:48
I've seen what Richard does and I will buy his coaching program.
13:52
That's 400 a month, 5,000 a year or whatever it may be.
13:57
Um, okay. Um, and then, you know, with,
14:01
with lesson, uh, so with lesson plans, again, just keep it simple.
14:05
Don't overthink because I think as well,
14:07
we can overthink and then we stopped because we get that analysis paralysis.
14:12
Um, visuals, honestly, with some of my courses,
14:16
I didn't use any visuals. I, I don't think, I think a mixture,
14:21
probably a PowerPoint online, um, talking head is good. Um,
14:26
I never used any visuals because at the point when I was creating these courses,
14:30
I was very, um, I was, uh, I was a novice at any type of editing.
14:36
So now when I start to choose courses,
14:38
I would try and edit it a little bit more.
14:40
And today actually a common came through about one of my courses and it said it
14:43
was a good course,
14:44
but it was a bit boring because it was just two hours of the guy standing there
14:47
talking. So I said, okay, well that's good feedback. So yeah,
14:51
maybe I need to edit.
14:52
A little bit more. Okay.
14:54
Just to confirm, um, what do you mean by edit?
14:56
So you mean actually like editing the videos so that there's maybe some B
15:01
roll or some other visuals on there, so stock just talking face to face.
15:05
Yeah. So yeah, exactly. So, so that, there's something that,
15:09
and also editing mistakes because you're going to make mistakes,
15:12
so leave the mistakes and then you can just cut them out.
15:15
And there's lots of free programs that you can use to actually do that as well.
15:19
Um.
15:20
So a couple of questions about the, um, on Udemy,
15:23
does it have to be a video for you to me?
15:28
I always, I always ask the question and say,
15:30
if your aim is to build up authority and get people to like you,
15:35
and you're a coach, you're a people person. Why would you not have video?
15:39
Because to me, I would say, well, why isn't that showing his face?
15:42
Like if Tony Robbins was just on audio or just had slide decks,
15:47
I would say, well, why isn't he, I'm going to see his, his, his personality,
15:51
et cetera. So I, I would always go for video, I think.
15:55
Yeah. And a couple other questions here. So Isabel, so is it slides?
15:58
What is the content then?
15:59
Do you narrate and add my drone ideas so you can do a mix, right?
16:02
So you can have slides that you show on the screen with your video in the
16:06
bottom. Right? For example, um, so one tool that we use a lot,
16:10
I use it internally when, when training, the teams are giving feedback,
16:16
it's a tool called loom L O O m.com. And, um,
16:20
what you can do with loom is you can record your screen and your face at the
16:23
same time. And so you can simply, uh, have your PowerPoint presentation up,
16:29
hit record. You're looking at the camera.
16:31
You can also see your it's recording your screen.
16:34
And now you're recording both your screen and your face at the same time. Uh,
16:38
so that's loom L O O m.com. Or of course you can use zoom.
16:42
If you have your zoom account, you can use any tool. Of course. Yeah.
16:46
I noticed someone mentioned that as well. Um.
16:51
It says in the course layer,
16:52
do you recommend creating a bullet point list at the end of what was shared?
16:55
Yeah, they, they, you know, as a trainer,
16:57
what we would say is tell people what you're going to talk about, talk about it,
17:01
and then tell them what you just talked about. So I would always do that,
17:05
but I would always just do a summary to somebody can be a 32nd video in this
17:09
chapter or in this lesson.
17:10
What we learned was the three essential things that you must do when you're
17:14
actually setting a goal one, two, three, and then that's it in the next lesson,
17:18
we're going to talk about this, uh, some apps to edit your video.
17:22
Um, we we're kind of partial to, to max.
17:26
So I would use ScreenFlow for just quick,
17:30
simple editing that's one program or for more advanced editing,
17:34
um, final cut pro, but you don't, you don't need that. That's super advanced,
17:38
but there are others that you can use out there.
17:40
There's also a movie on the Mac, or if you have an iPhone,
17:44
you can use I movie on your phone or on an iPad, um, or windows has,
17:48
I'm pretty sure windows movie maker, if I'm not mistaken. Um,
17:52
honestly I wouldn't spend too much time on that piece. I actually,
17:56
I'm going to give you a tip. This is, um, uh,
17:58
a powerful video recording tool. Um,
18:02
and I believe it's on both Android and on, uh,
18:06
on iOS devices. It's called, uh, wow. What was it called?
18:11
Oh, vlog easy. I'm like I had it and then I lost it vlog easy.
18:15
So veal V L O G and then easy E a S Y
18:21
a.com probably. And, um,
18:23
what's neat about it is that you actually just hold the phone up and again,
18:27
you could be put on a tripod, uh,
18:28
but you can actually just hold the phone up and you press the button.
18:32
And as you're holding the button, it records, um, Oh actually, sorry. No,
18:35
I'm thinking of something different. That's that's clips on, on, uh,
18:38
Apple devices, clips. You can hold it, you let go, it stops recording.
18:41
You press the button and it records again. And, uh, with, with vlog easy,
18:45
what you do is you just record. So you can,
18:47
you can record for 10 minutes and then what it does is it automatically cuts out
18:51
any gaps or any silence in there, and it just stitches it all together.
18:56
So you have a faster paced moving video. Um, they call, we call it junk cuts.
19:00
Um,
19:01
and it's something that we do if you've ever seen any of our videos on YouTube.
19:04
That's exactly what we do.
19:06
There's tons of different apps and tools that you can use.
19:08
I don't really think it's worth spending a ton of time on the tech,
19:12
because again, it depends on what tools you use. If it's Mac PC, if it's iOS,
19:16
if it's Android, the point though, is the technology doesn't matter.
19:20
What matters is you?
19:22
What matters is how you can actually get it done.
19:26
If you're going to get it done using your phone. Great.
19:29
If you're going to get it done using your fancy DSLR setup with fancy lights and
19:33
sound systems and everything great. If not do it the easy way,
19:38
it's better done than being perfect.
19:40
And it's better done than just sitting on your hard drive. Um,
19:43
someone I think asked about microphones, uh,
19:46
I do want to 0.1 thing out about microphones. Um, I, I'm going to show it.
19:50
It's pretty neat. Um, it's actually what I'm using right now,
19:52
but it's a wireless microphone system,
19:55
so it's called road wireless go. So you can kind of see it here, I think. Um,
20:00
and so what it is is it's a little square that you can
20:05
clip onto your shirt. You can see the little clip, I think,
20:09
and you can also plug in a lab, a lab mic.
20:12
So one of those mics that you see newscasters,
20:13
they clip it onto their shirts and the audio quality is absolutely fantastic.
20:18
It's not super expensive, but it's a great little microphone to use.
20:23
Um, you can have it. He says, I have it. Absolutely love it.
20:26
So road R O D E and then wireless.
20:32
And, um, while my run is just, uh, um, just putting that in there,
20:38
I'm going to be completely honest with you here because there's two questions
20:41
that I think are really important to answer.
20:43
How would you promote your UME courses? Okay.
20:45
One of the advantages of you to me is that they have such a huge market of
20:50
people coming to the website. That one of the things you can do is, um,
20:55
you can offer the course at a discount or you can offer it for free with a promo
21:00
coupons.
21:01
And there are some Facebook groups where you can actually promote your course to
21:05
get people in because you could create a great course, but nobody comes to it.
21:10
And we we've done a video series,
21:11
or I did a video series about the Udemy courses. Um,
21:17
T I'm just going to say, teANN says Deon Hunter, um, TN Nisha,
21:23
um, has asked,
21:23
what information will you receive about the client when they sign up for the
21:26
course? Okay. So this is, this is so essential. Um,
21:31
nothing, you get their name and that's it you to meet will allow you to email
21:36
your 46,000 students.
21:39
But the things that they won't give you is they won't give you the email.
21:43
They won't allow you to send those people to, um, assign a page,
21:48
to sign something up.
21:49
It has to be something like an educational video that you might have on YouTube.
21:53
And that's a hint on how you might be able to actually bring them over to your
21:56
website. You could ask them to join your Facebook group.
21:59
That's another way that you can get them into your sphere. But what you do me,
22:04
I have found personally, is you're not going to make,
22:08
you're not gonna become a millionaire on you to me,
22:09
unless you have millions of students. Okay? That's,
22:13
let's get that out of the, uh, in the open.
22:16
But if you have two coaches at once are 46,000 students
22:21
enrolled in my courses, I have over 800 reviews and somebody says, Oh, I,
22:25
I host the course on my website and I have three, three students in one review.
22:31
The one with the actual,
22:32
a lot of reviews is probably going to have a little bit more weight.
22:36
So I would see you to me as a marketing platform or a platform
22:41
for building your authority, that you can say, I have all these students on it.
22:45
You're not going to make money on it. So in that sense,
22:48
I would also say don't spend 20 hours,
22:53
uh, on an actual course,
22:54
because you might make that much money on it because you to me always have a
22:58
sale because we're having an open office. I'm sure they have an open office out,
23:01
and they're just counting the courses at 90% every day,
23:04
they have a Saddleback something. So your course will be discounted at 90%.
23:08
You'll see that it was $79 79 euros. And it's now 1199,
23:13
depending how the student gets that course. You me take a huge cost. So you get,
23:18
you literally get a couple of dollars, maybe if you're lucky per student.
23:23
Um, so go into it with your eyes open. It's not our,
23:27
unless you have millions of students, it's not going to make you rich,
23:29
but it's a great marketing and authority building platform. So, as I say,
23:33
I like to just get that out in the open. So people people realize, um,
23:39
no, can we use the content bridges, uh,
23:42
with some personalization on utopian Skillshare from you to me, I can,
23:46
I can tell you that when you go to upload the course,
23:49
it asks is this original material. Now,
23:53
if you have taken the material, you've put your own tone of voice on it.
23:57
You've recorded it. Then it becomes original.
24:01
If you just took the slides and put them up on you to me as is then that's
24:05
not original material. Okay? So this is why you need to,
24:10
and we talk about this later on, tweak it for your audience. Okay.
24:13
Make a Jerome, realign it with your actual values, et cetera. Okay.
24:18
So again, um, you can take the content, make it your own,
24:23
put it on video. It becomes unique to you, and then you can actually, uh,
24:27
upload on to you. To me. I've never had any problems. Okay.
24:31
Um, rich has courses showing at $59 right now.
24:35
Do you have a discount code? I can. I can certainly get a discount code, um, to,
24:40
to give the courses to people who want to join. Um, so, uh,
24:44
there's no problems with that. If we just, uh, remember dot,
24:47
I think Ronnie has just gone off to get that discount code now.
24:51
Sorry, I ran off because I want to show something that Jonathan was asking.
24:55
I know we're talking a lot about tech stuff right now, but it's in context.
24:58
So Jonathan was asking any good resources to use.
25:01
So it doesn't look like you're reading off of anything when recording. Yes.
25:05
So there are different tools out there. Um,
25:08
it depends on what camera you're using. Uh, there are some on Amazon.
25:12
They're not that expensive,
25:13
but this one I have here is called the actually Richard, I'm gonna, um,
25:18
can you turn off the screen-share?
25:19
Cause it will get a bigger video so people can see what I'm,
25:23
what I'm about to show. So it's called Pat pad caster,
25:27
parrot teleprompter. So this is what it looks like.
25:30
So you actually put your iPhone onto the little clip and then there's a special
25:35
beam splitting glass.
25:37
If you see here and you're looking straight at the
25:41
camera, they don't see the words only you do.
25:45
And you just put the camera. Uh, well, if it's going to show.
25:49
It, Oh, you'll have.
25:51
It. Oh, look, you have one. There he go.
25:54
So just to correct, Ronnie, you put your smartphone,
25:57
it doesn't have to be an iPhone.
25:59
Yeah. And there are different versions.
26:01
There are some that are for tablets that you have a bigger screen there's
26:04
phones, but go ahead and.
26:06
Yeah. So,
26:07
so here you have the screws to put it actually on the tripod and then
26:12
this is the mirror here. Actually, you can see, uh,
26:14
you can see the reflection there. Now look, there's running.
26:16
So you would put your phone here and then just like you see on the news
26:20
channels, uh,
26:21
the texts actually comes up here and there's usually a companion app.
26:25
And then you would put your camera here.
26:28
So as you read you, you certainly said, Ronnie, you saw one of the,
26:33
one of the edits and one of the videos that I'd done and you were like, Oh,
26:36
Richard, I feel so sorry.
26:37
That's you're that you're doing it so many times because I was reading and I
26:40
would go, okay, welcome along to this video on today.
26:44
Welcome along to this video and today, and I would take it so many times.
26:47
Now I can probably do the video.
26:49
A 20 minute video probably texted like 26,
26:52
13 minutes to do because we have this.
26:55
And some of them will actually remote control.
26:58
The name of that one you have there, because that one,
27:00
I think has worked with both iPhone and, um,
27:04
desk view D E S view, uh,
27:07
and there are different teleprompter apps on your phone or on a tablet. Um,
27:11
so you don't have to, there's so many, you can use any type of,
27:14
just type in teleprompter in the Google play or the Apple app store you'll find
27:18
teleprompter apps. Um, so desk view is the name of it.
27:22
Nope. Uh, there's a best cause I think, I think.
27:25
I see it looks like a B, but their logo is terrible. It's a,
27:30
it's a desk view, but honestly you just look at, um, look on Amazon.
27:35
The one that I have is called the pad caster, parrot teleprompter. Um,
27:39
some of them even will come with a remote, so you can actually remotely,
27:43
you know, zoom up or zoom, like, you know, kind of scroll up, scroll down. Um,
27:46
so teleprompters are fantastic. I use them obviously.
27:49
That's why I have it Richard as well. Uh,
27:51
it's a huge time-saver when you're recording video,
27:54
you will feel so much more comfortable to have the teleprompter there.
27:58
However,
27:59
this is my big disclaimer for you in order to sound
28:04
authentic. When you're recording a video,
28:07
you need to write your script in a way that makes it sound like you. Okay.
28:11
So when you're writing your script for the video and you're reading it,
28:16
it can sound like an academic paper. It can't sound like how you write.
28:20
You need to sound like how you talk.
28:22
And so you might actually need to add things like ums and, and, and, you know,
28:26
even markers for you to look away and whatever,
28:30
just to make it sound and feel more authentic because it takes a lot of practice
28:35
and you will get used to it. But you, you need to,
28:37
you need to write your script as though you're speaking and then you need to
28:41
just really know your script.
28:42
So that way you can feel more comfortable and you don't sound like a robot.
28:47
Yeah, it it's true because, you know, even with the telly prompter,
28:51
you might be talking about like this.
28:53
Now we're going to move on to the next slide and it just doesn't sound
28:56
authentic, but it, sometimes I go off script,
28:59
but I scripting is really important.
29:01
And Ronnie kept hammering that home and say, you got a script, you got a script.
29:04
And I said, Ronnie, I'll do it. Just free flow. And then when I got the script,
29:08
it just makes it a lot easier. It makes it so much easier. Um, okay.
29:13
If I can just go back and let me share my screen again, if I may.
29:20
Uh, so we were, we were here.
29:22
Yeah. Let's let's move forward. I think. Yeah, I know. Yeah.
29:25
I know we have some, still some more questions with the uni course. Um,
29:30
I know we want to move on though, but yes. Um, Oh, perfect. Yes. Okay. Yeah.
29:35
Here's the platform. The five questions that we get asked the most.
29:38
I know that it's not me, by the way, in the graphic with slightly longer hair.
29:42
Just in case anybody thinks it is. Um, okay. So the first question,
29:47
um, is everyone using the same content? Okay.
29:52
So our content is written exclusively for us,
29:56
meaning that you won't find it on any other site,
29:59
but you don't get an exclusive license to it. You got, uh,
30:04
I can download it, you can download it, et cetera. Um,
30:08
the key to answer another question is, uh,
30:11
the key to this is to make a Jerome because rather than having to write
30:15
an article about goal setting, I can download an article by goal setting,
30:19
get the ideas. And in 15, 20 minutes,
30:23
I can rewrite that content and I can inject my personality into it.
30:28
I can align it with my values as well, uh,
30:31
running any additions to them.
30:34
Uh, yeah, the, the, the point is, um, yes. Um,
30:38
it's like stock photos where you might access the same image as other people,
30:43
but what you do with that image and how you use it and where you put it is what
30:46
makes it unique?
30:47
You might put it in a newsletter or you might crop it and change it a little
30:50
bit.
30:51
Or maybe it goes on a billboard or maybe it goes in a video for your YouTube.
30:55
Um, but the same goes with the content. So the,
30:58
the big goal here is that you want to make the content your own.
31:02
And how are you going to do that?
31:03
How are you going to align the content with your brand? Well,
31:06
you have to figure out what do you stand for? Who are you? Who do you serve?
31:10
And then once you know more about your audience and your methodology,
31:15
which you should know, that's you, right? That's your core, that's what you do.
31:18
Then you read the material and then you inject your personality.
31:22
You align it with your brand, your voice, your style, you add stories.
31:26
You had case studies, maybe you, maybe you tweak it so that, you know,
31:29
if you had, let's say you have a younger audience, you had,
31:31
you add a whole bunch of emojis, you know, or maybe you're writing more, um,
31:36
you know, to, uh, to females, you might change it.
31:39
So it aligns more with a female audience or a male audience.
31:43
The point though is how can you make it sound like you? Uh,
31:47
also the other piece is that, and we're going to get into this,
31:50
but you can transform it just like we were talking about you to me. Well,
31:54
guess what happens? Richard took the content and then recorded it,
31:58
using his voice.
31:58
And he's going to say it in a different way than if you were to just copy and
32:02
paste the material as it is, right.
32:04
He's going to put his own Richard voice and stories and spin and humor into it.
32:09
So that's the big,
32:10
big tip is that you do want to align the content with you and what you stand
32:14
for.
32:18
Good. Um, how do credits work running.
32:22
Credits? Okay.
32:24
So tokens also known as coins that people ask Polly.
32:30
That's all good coins points, credits, tokens. I mean,
32:34
so think of it like, uh, when you, as a kid, maybe you went to Chuck E cheese,
32:38
or, uh, you, you went to Dave and Buster's or any of those arcades,
32:42
and you would, you know, at the front desk you buy a bunch of credits, right?
32:47
Or maybe you go to the carnival to the fair, Hey,
32:49
you get tickets and you get ride tickets.
32:51
You can go on the Ferris wheel or you can go play certain games. Well,
32:55
of course, certain games might be maybe more expensive.
32:59
Maybe they're fancier newer arcade games, or, you know,
33:01
ski ball is going to be very different than the latest,
33:05
greatest arcade game. And so they would set different, uh,
33:09
credit or token values for those games. And it's the same thing with plr.me.
33:13
So we have different credits. Um, uh, we started,
33:16
we have different types of products.
33:18
We have articles which might be two or three pages,
33:21
and those would be one credit.
33:23
But then we also have full courses and the full course can be 30 lessons with
33:28
30 additional handouts and worksheets and resources alongside of that.
33:33
Uh,
33:33
or maybe certain products require a whole lot more attention and design like a
33:37
presentation or an ebook.
33:38
There's a beautiful front cover for the book cover and the page layout
33:43
and all of that stuff that takes more time. So those ones would be more credits.
33:48
So, um, the way credits work is, is just like at the arcade,
33:52
when you were a kid, the more credits you buy, the cheaper the rate. And so, uh,
33:56
we have a bunch of different rates and plans depended on what you need. Um,
34:01
the, and actually Richard, maybe if you don't mind right now,
34:04
we do have a sale going on. We should just mention it. Right.
34:06
You probably have seen it, but I'll just mention if you don't mind, uh,
34:09
Richard going to plr.me.
34:11
And, um.
34:14
At the, at the top, you'll see a red bar, it says April sale.
34:17
And you can find, um, the special discount that we have.
34:21
Yeah. Just one sec.
34:25
Okay. So Sarah has a question CA uh,
34:27
can credits be carried over next month if not used? Yes.
34:30
So with a monthly or annual plan,
34:32
as long as you have an active subscription credits do roll over, um,
34:37
so you can carry them over indefinitely, as long as your plan is active. Uh,
34:41
we also have pay as you go credits, uh, Richard,
34:44
if you don't mind just clicking the, learn more button at the top, right?
34:51
Okay.
34:51
Uh, the red bar top. Yep. Uh, so we also pay, as you go credits,
34:54
those credits do not expire. You, you buy them, you get access to them, uh,
34:59
indefinitely, uh, with a monthly and annual plan. You can see here in the,
35:02
in the table, you also get access to our content marketing tools, which, um,
35:07
we won't have time to go through all of them today or any of them,
35:10
but we'll see how we can do,
35:11
but there's 12 software tools that you get access to,
35:14
to make your content marketing whole lot easier.
35:16
That's only available on the monthly manual plans. Um,
35:19
but right now with the sale, you get 50% more credits.
35:24
So for example, our most popular plan, they're in the middle, uh,
35:28
it's 400 credits per year. You get 200 bonus credits.
35:32
It's 50% of 400, right? So 200 bonus credits for a total of 600 credits,
35:36
but it's the same discounted rate of two 99 per year. Um,
35:41
so you have a full year and you can get access to the tools you can access the
35:45
credits. There's a lot of, um, a lot that you can do with that,
35:50
right? There's you can download with 600 credits.
35:52
You can download 600 articles or 600 affirmations,
35:55
or you can download 60 eBooks.
35:57
You can fill up your membership site with all sorts of great, uh,
36:00
eBooks and presentations, uh, or you can download, um, you know, uh,
36:05
all of our courses or all,
36:07
all different types of materials that you can then use and brand as your own.
36:10
So I just wanted to mention that because that's a very common question about the
36:13
credits we can dive in and actually start.
36:16
One other thing I want to say about this,
36:17
because I know some of you already are members. Um,
36:19
maybe you already have a monthly or annual plan when you go to this page,
36:23
when you're logged in, where it says pay, as you go on the left side there, um,
36:27
it's going to change. So Richard, just,
36:29
if you can point to where it says pay as you go, uh, the lessons, um.
36:33
I don't know. Sorry. I switched my screen. I have the charter and yeah,
36:37
you got to move everything around.
36:41
So the pay as you go. So when you're logged in,
36:43
that would automatically change to a member to the members, discounted rate.
36:47
So say you're, you have the annual plan already. You've run out of credits,
36:51
or you want to just stock up on credits. Um, you can enter a number,
36:55
any number of credits that you'd like. Um, so you see where it says,
36:59
download credits and Richard, do you see the, the 10, um,
37:01
just below what you're typing? Oh, I see. You're,
37:04
you're trying to type members credits on top.
37:06
Yeah, I was trying to be smart. I was trying to be smart.
37:09
So that box, you can put in as many credits as you like.
37:12
So if you want to buy 50 credits, you'll get 25 bonus.
37:15
Or if you want to buy 500 credits, you'll get 250 credits bonus. Um,
37:19
so all of that is, again, you're going to get a special rate.
37:21
You're not paying the pay as you go rate, you're paying a discounted rate as a,
37:25
as a member. So I just want to mention that,
37:27
because that is a common question that we get as well. And I'm sorry, I'm,
37:30
I'm not paying attention to the chat and I'm sure many of you have questions
37:33
about that. So, Richard, I'm going to let you take it away.
37:36
Maybe we can go back to the slides or if you want to talk about that. Go ahead.
37:42
Uh, no, I think, I think you've explained it perfectly, um,
37:46
with how the gratis work. Yeah. It's and there are credits. It's amazing,
37:51
as I say, how many people call them coins under the coins work?
37:54
What are the credits? Okay, so moving on, how do coins work?
37:58
What about S E O search engine optimization? So this is, uh,
38:03
this is a question that's linked to the next question as well, but people say,
38:07
well, what about duplicate content that Google will come along?
38:11
And it will say five ways to go set by Richard Butler, five ways to go South by,
38:16
uh, Ronnie. Um, and what about SEO? Well,
38:19
SEO is so much more than just the text on your
38:24
page. There's outbound links. There's inbound links, there's social signals.
38:29
There's, um, open graph. There's, there's so many different things.
38:32
Now what we always say, we always come back to this.
38:36
Point is make a Jerome, because if I'm building up my business,
38:40
I want to, instead of having it as five goals, sending tips,
38:44
I want to call it five goals, setting tips for executive coaches,
38:49
um, you know, uh,
38:51
five things you must do in order to achieve your goals and I'm changing it.
38:55
And then I'm rewriting it. I'm injecting my voice. I'm I'm,
38:59
I'm realigning what my audience, what myself, et cetera. So, um,
39:04
you could spend hours and days trying to write the perfect
39:09
article and rewrite it for SEO purposes.
39:13
But I have found that it's best just to put up an article,
39:16
rewrite it for humans, not for search engines.
39:21
And then if it becomes popular,
39:23
then it will start getting a lot of people coming to your website.
39:26
But SEO is so much more than just rewriting an article.
39:30
It's all the other things that go around with your website. Um,
39:34
so I would say if you're going to put it up on your website, do we,
39:39
the article and we do recommend that, you know,
39:41
and I have so many people saying to me, you know, I know what I've got from,
39:45
from PLR that may, because it is a lot of people call it templates.
39:49
And so you give us great templates for an actual rewrite of an article.
39:53
So much easier to start with something than with nothing. Um,
39:58
and I think that's all to be said about SEO. Really.
40:05
Keep going, Richard, you can talk about this. I'll I'll chime in. I'm sorry.
40:07
I'm just trying to answer a bunch of the questions you guys have.
40:09
Great questions. Thank you for all of your questions. Go ahead.
40:13
Oh, what about plagiarism? This is the same thing that people ask.
40:16
What first it's SEO. And then it's about,
40:20
I feel I'm plagiarizing somebody else's work.
40:23
Now we have our writers have written this content
40:27
content,
40:28
and we are licensing it to you in order to again,
40:33
make a Jerome realignment, put your spin on it.
40:36
Like Ronnie said about stock photos. Um, if people,
40:41
if companies of agencies started to worry about people are gonna plagiarize or
40:44
say, I plagiarized that picture, they take the picture, they make it their own.
40:47
They put it into their own work. So you will not be a clue.
40:51
You will not be accused of plagiarism. Okay. Um,
40:55
our members know that the content is non-exclusive to them.
41:00
So we don't take the content off the site as soon as you download it. Um,
41:05
but the easiest thing to do is to make a Jerome. Okay,
41:09
why don't we cut out 80% of the work for you?
41:12
There's still a little bit of work that has to be done.
41:14
It's not that this is a push button solution that you're going to take 15
41:17
articles and put them on your website and start to make hundreds of dollars
41:22
per day. That's not what we're about. What about giving you the content to take,
41:27
make a Jerome and do amazing things with the, we see so much stuff on Ronnie.
41:32
We talking about this the other day of what people have dumped our content.
41:36
And I'm just like, no, that's not our content. There was a recent one where,
41:40
where one client actually, she sent us a video, um,
41:44
where she actually puts the content of affirmations and, uh,
41:49
which are basically an inspirational piece of text with questions.
41:53
And she put them into a book and got that book printed and it becomes a journal
41:57
of affirmations. Again,
42:00
what she did was she took the content and looked at related
42:04
content for her particular niche. Okay. So if it was about gratitude, 15, 20,
42:09
30, um, uh, pages of, uh,
42:13
affirmations about gratitude. Okay.
42:15
So you need to think a little bit outside the box.
42:18
I'm just tweaking a little bit. Okay. Um,
42:22
I'm going to stand out and be different from anyone, from everyone,
42:25
from everyone else, uh, realignment, uh,
42:29
make sure that you change content, et cetera, but not only that,
42:32
one of the things you can do is again,
42:34
repurpose the content into something else.
42:36
I take an article and I'm going to be talking about articles and I could
42:40
repurpose that into a video, into a zoom webinar.
42:45
I can add a little bit more to it. Um,
42:48
and I could maybe have a 30 minute webinar easily created from an article that
42:52
now becomes unique and it's mine.
42:56
I could take an ebook and I could just get somebody to redesign it for me.
43:01
And then I could edit out some of the texts put in some of my own case, studies,
43:05
my own stories, et cetera. And it becomes unique.
43:10
One of the things I learned honestly is,
43:12
and I suffered from it a lot is overthinking.
43:16
If you start over thinking too much and say,
43:19
but the content could be similar to Joe Smith. Um, even if I change it,
43:24
it could be similar to somebody else. You will get stuck with the content.
43:28
You will get stuck with whatever you need. Um,
43:31
when I have strategy calls with people, I say, when you think about it,
43:35
and there is a branch of philosophy, there is a branch of philosophy about this,
43:40
that there is no original content left that they say everything has its
43:44
basis in something like if you think of Tony Robins,
43:48
if you think as the exemplar,
43:49
they're all coming from the same basic part of self-development or the diet
43:54
industry, do you want another secret eat less, eat better and exercise,
43:59
but how many diets are out there?
44:02
Somebody has taken that basic concept and they have made it their own.
44:06
And that's what you need to think about. Take the basic concept,
44:09
make it your own and stand out. And how do you stand out? You,
44:13
you stand out because you are, you, you are uniquely you.
44:17
So before we continue Richard, uh, if you don't mind,
44:20
can you switch back to the site and go to, um,
44:24
the content inspiration gallery?
44:26
Cause I think that would be really helpful to see some examples of what people
44:29
are doing using the content. And while you do that,
44:31
I'm just gonna answer some of the questions that I see here. So, uh, Brandon,
44:34
you're asking, are the items easy to edit? What kind of files are they,
44:37
what software do I need to edit them? Great question. So we,
44:40
we try to make all of the content as simple to use as
44:45
possible. Um, so we're not using, you know,
44:48
professional software like Adobe InDesign or Photoshop or anything like that.
44:53
Um, what we're doing is we are using Microsoft word. So you get doc X files,
44:58
um, where using PowerPoint for presentations, we are also giving you, uh,
45:03
PDFs and text files. So it's very easy to edit.
45:05
So just like if you were to open up a document that you typed out yourself,
45:10
you get those files as well. Um, just a note about that, cause it quick,
45:14
the question did come up. Um,
45:16
w sometimes the formatting in a Microsoft word document is a little bit wonky.
45:20
Um, so if you're on a Mac,
45:22
the best file to open up is our Apple pages file. Uh,
45:26
because we do design on the back of the Apple pages file.
45:28
We'll have all the formative properly,
45:30
but even without that Microsoft word documents, they will open.
45:33
You can still edit them. You can still do a great job with them.
45:36
But the biggest tip is actually that it's likely missing a font.
45:40
We use free Google fonts for all of our designs,
45:44
and you can just go to fonts.google.com and you can download the font that's
45:48
missing, reopen the word document, and then the formatting should,
45:51
should mostly be, be there. Um, okay, so this is the kind of inspiration. Oh,
45:56
sorry, go ahead, Richard. You want.
45:57
Yeah. So I have a question.
45:58
I think this is very important because I mentioned about the book.
46:01
So Kathia has said, can you use the repurpose content on Amazon? Um,
46:05
if you repurpose the content, you can use it on Amazon printable.
46:10
So you can print it as a physical book, but you cannot use it on Kendall.
46:14
Now this is not just PLR content. This is any concept.
46:17
If you had 50 blog posts on your website,
46:20
published on your website and put them into an ebook,
46:23
Amazon could actually strike you down for that because they want original
46:27
content on their site. So as, um, Debra asked as well,
46:32
uh, I thought I read them the cyber,
46:33
not Alexa and Amazon seller on Amazon Kindle. And as Emory has said,
46:37
a physical book is fine to actually put on. Okay.
46:42
Yeah. Um, yeah.
46:47
So that's actually, uh, thank you for mentioning that. So, uh, Tonya,
46:50
you were saying Ronnie,
46:51
the best video I've ever made of all the ones I've watched in my humble opinion
46:55
is to show that shows how awesome PLR is,
46:57
is the one that you show the three people using the resilience book differently.
47:01
So that's exact, so watch that video that's on this page. Um, Richard,
47:04
if you don't mind go to the top and if you want to find this page,
47:07
I'll post the link in the chat, but if you're watching later on, uh,
47:10
if you go to, uh, actually get Richard, maybe,
47:13
maybe if you don't mind copy copying the link. Um,
47:17
so this is the content inspiration gallery and the way where you find
47:22
this is in the top menu. You see where it says, learn. Um, so rich,
47:27
I saw, you know, what do you, I know your name. Okay, perfect.
47:31
So if you go to the learn tab in the top menu there and in here is all
47:36
of our free training. Okay. So if you are just getting started,
47:39
there's the guided tour. So you can click that.
47:42
And there's a very short two minute video about how the site works.
47:46
There is the how to use PLR content videos.
47:48
There's the content marketing training.
47:49
There's all sorts of stuff in this learn tab.
47:52
You will probably spend a lot of time in here.
47:54
If you want to get a quick start about all the different ways that you can use
47:57
the content.
47:58
So where we go to get the content inspiration gallery is exactly where Richard
48:03
is, is over there to the content inspiration gallery.
48:05
That's where you find this. Um, and that's the page that we're on right now.
48:09
So watch the video on there if you haven't yet already, um,
48:11
scroll down a little bit, Richard, and I just want to show this.
48:15
This is really neat. This is so powerful. Um, so in here,
48:18
there's an explanation of how some of our clients have used the content.
48:22
And about 80% of the examples on the screen here are actually,
48:27
they're all using the exact same ebook.
48:30
It was the resilience ebook that is on our site. So this client here,
48:35
Heather, she created a five day Facebook challenge.
48:38
They all used the, um, the resilience content.
48:43
She took the ebook,
48:43
she broke it up into five day challenge lessons and she put it up on Facebook.
48:48
Okay. That's how she did it.
48:50
Would we have known that she used our content for this? No,
48:55
absolutely not. Because it's so different. It's so unique. She rewrote it.
48:59
She transform the medium,
49:01
it's on a totally different place and it's completely her own.
49:05
She just made it her own. She added her own story. She pasted it into, um,
49:09
Facebook.
49:09
She created her own little inspirational graphics that accompany the Facebook
49:13
posts and she created a Facebook group where she hosts that challenge. Boom,
49:17
totally different. Um, Richard, let's go to the next one.
49:21
We're not going to go through all of these. Okay.
49:22
Let's go somethings funky on the site. So let's get that.
49:24
Let's go to the next one here. Um, so this, um, Cynthia,
49:28
she redid the ebook. So the ebook, she went from a typical,
49:32
you know, you know, regular, um, five and a half by eight and a half book,
49:37
you know, a typical sized book to sort of almost more of a magazine style.
49:40
You'll notice that she has multiple columns. She added so many images,
49:44
completely transformed, right?
49:46
I wouldn't have known that she used the PLR content for that. Uh,
49:50
this is tryna, so, uh, Trina,
49:53
Trina created a resilience course using the materials. Um,
49:57
I forget what platform she used.
49:58
It was maybe teachable or one of those platforms.
50:02
And she created slides using and the material. So can she took an e-book? Okay.
50:06
We didn't provide the slides. She took the ebook and she made the slides.
50:10
She just copied and pasted the text from the e-book into the slides,
50:14
rewrote it added some yeah. Images. And then you see her,
50:17
her face there on the bottom, right. She just recorded herself,
50:21
reading the course to people, right. To her clients.
50:24
And now it's a $297 coaching that she sells using the
50:29
same resilience. E-book it has completely transformed. Again.
50:33
I never would have known that she used our content for this,
50:36
unless she actually told us. Um, so then, uh, here,
50:40
this is Angela. She created, um, a video that you posted on Facebook.
50:46
Again, what I've ever known. She's just talking to the camera. Hey,
50:48
let me just talk about resilience or, Hey,
50:50
let me just talk about going from stuck to one stuck. And
50:55
again, that's, that's the beauty of this. You can take material,
50:58
you didn't have to write from scratch. You can transform it.
51:01
This is infographics to clients, same content.
51:04
One was geared towards network marketing,
51:07
being more resilient in network marketing. In other words,
51:09
just a resilience checklist, same content rewritten. You can,
51:13
you can skim it yourself. The, the, the bullet points are different,
51:16
but it's all using the same foundation from the same ebook.
51:20
Um, um, we actually,
51:21
we have a video on that of where Ronnie put me up to the challenge of making an
51:26
infographic on. I am graphically challenged. Um, but using something like Canva,
51:31
this was really easy to do. Like Ronnie is amazing with his graphics.
51:36
I do something and I'm really proud when he says it's okay.
51:40
But the.
51:41
Thing is, it doesn't matter. It's about doing it. It's about,
51:44
it's not about saying, um, I'm graphically challenged and I can't do it.
51:48
It's about saying I'm graphically challenged,
51:49
but I'm going to give it a go and that's it. And you will get better.
51:52
I promise you will get better.
51:53
Absolutely. So, and you can just skim through this quickly, Richard.
51:57
I know we should continue because we have a lot of questions. Wall calendar,
52:00
beautifully designed. Dr. Tracy created someone created a whole funnel here.
52:04
So there's a landing page. A one-time offer an ebook.
52:07
Someone created a podcast again, using the resilience content.
52:10
Here's a physical book that Ebony created using the,
52:13
using the content here's Jovita. She created. She's fantastic.
52:17
She's she's, she's a go getter. I mean, she's amazing all sorts of live streams.
52:21
If you should follow her on Facebook, she's awesome. Uh, here, Percy, uh,
52:24
created a presentation again, using the resilience content.
52:29
Would you guess here's a physical newspaper. Okay.
52:32
She got published in the local newspaper about maintaining resilience.
52:37
She created a podcast with the material about resilience.
52:41
Would you have guessed that all the things that we just showed you all came from
52:45
the exact same ebook? Would you have guessed? No.
52:51
No. I mean, I wouldn't and we created, we know our content,
52:54
so it's amazing to see how much, um,
52:59
how much you can do and how much you can change the content and make it your
53:02
own. And it becomes completely unrecognizable. Okay.
53:07
So, um, all right. I'm missing a lot of your questions. I'm really sorry,
53:11
but let's keep going. Cause I know we have the top tips here and then we'll,
53:14
we'll do our best to, um, to answer more of your questions. Go ahead, Richard.
53:19
Is know your niche, okay. Or your niche depending.
53:24
Um, you need to know who you're actually.
53:26
Targeting because I've been on calls with my own clients and I've said to them,
53:31
okay, what's who are you? Well, I'm a coach. Who do you coach everyone up?
53:35
What do you coach on? Well, whatever they want. And I say, how's that going?
53:38
And I said, well, I don't have many clients. And I go, okay.
53:41
So what if you were to say, as we worked through it,
53:44
I am a coach for middle-aged men who have been working in
53:49
the corporate sector and now want to make a career change.
53:52
That immediately makes you stand out a lot more than just,
53:56
I help people make a change. So knowing your niche is tip number one,
54:01
know your reason, why, well, why are you serving this peak, these people,
54:06
why do you want to do this? Why are you doing this? Are you passionate about it?
54:10
Um, you need to have a good why. Okay.
54:13
And you need to be passionate about it as well. Okay. So knowing your niche,
54:18
knowing your, why we've talked about this, and we've mentioned this realign,
54:22
the content to your values, to your, um, tribe,
54:27
because you know your niche, you know,
54:29
what your tribe want and you can niche down.
54:31
You may say I'm going for a particular sector of the market that they are,
54:36
you know, when people say I help females, I say, yeah. But the, the,
54:40
the challenges that a female at 20 half and at 60 and everything in between are
54:45
completely different. So again, niche down. Okay.
54:49
And then you will be able to realign your content for that particular niche
54:53
because you know your, why you'll get to realign it as well. Um,
54:58
I love doing things easier. I love to work smarter rather than harder.
55:02
So repurpose, reuse, recycle your content. You, you rewrite an article,
55:07
you post on your website, um, record it as a podcast,
55:12
use it as a Facebook live, record a video.
55:15
Or if you record a video extract, the audio,
55:18
use some sort of tool to take the audio so that you have a video and an audio
55:22
lesson that you can use as your product.
55:25
So think of ways of how you can re purpose and reuse and recycle.
55:31
Um, let's,
55:34
let's talk about the humble article just to show you about repurposing and
55:38
recycling. Um,
55:40
what about taking just a couple of words or a couple of sentences from the
55:45
article and using it, uh, as a tweet got up this morning,
55:48
thought about gratitude. Um, and then you have a little quote,
55:51
find more on my website. Okay.
55:54
I'm bringing people in or status updates on Facebook.
55:59
Use the article as a Facebook live. Okay. We talked a little bit about the, um,
56:04
taking the article, rewriting it, or just summarizing it using a teleprompter.
56:08
You could do that. Hey guys, I'm here and I want to talk even just informally.
56:12
It doesn't have to be a studio setup or anything like that.
56:15
Just thought I wanted to talk to you today about gratitude, blah, blah, blah,
56:19
blah, blah.
56:19
Now the key to the tweet to the Facebook is asked for
56:24
engagement.
56:25
We live in a society where we flick up down sideways and we give it a
56:30
like, or we don't, unless you say, if you like the picture, give it a like,
56:34
yeah. What do you think about gratitude? Let me know your thoughts below.
56:37
We don't tell people to engage. They will not engage. Um,
56:41
next time you watch a YouTube video or one of our YouTube videos,
56:44
we always ask for engagement, leave a comment below. If you liked this video,
56:48
make sure that you give us a like,
56:49
because people just forget and they don't do it. Um, that is not me either,
56:54
but I use an article as a podcast.
56:57
I thought that was you. By the way, it really is.
56:59
No what my microphone setup that I showed you actually.
57:02
So it is kind of a little bit like, but use your articles. Podcasts,
57:06
podcasts are the simplest thing to do because you can live,
57:09
literally read the podcast,
57:11
read the article on the podcast and anchor.fm,
57:16
an amazing free system that you can actually use.
57:18
That's a N C H O r.fm. Um, really,
57:22
really easy thing to do. You're repurposing the content. Um,
57:27
you could combine several articles into a course.
57:29
So search for motivation and then take,
57:33
we might have 250 articles. Take 15 of those articles. Put into a course.
57:38
One question I get asked a lot. Is guys,
57:40
do you have anything for my email list for email sequences?
57:45
I'll take an article five top tips to get more motivated. Um,
57:50
take that and then have a five day email course. One tip a day.
57:54
Okay. Again, start thinking out ideas, uh, uh,
57:59
an article doesn't have to be an article. It can be so many different things.
58:05
So questions and answers.
58:06
Let's have a look at some of the questions where you have got,
58:11
I'm going to let you take this from running.
58:12
How will using the PLR material create real.
58:17
Perfect. Yeah.
58:17
So these are some of the questions that were submitted in advance.
58:19
Thank you so much for your questions. We did get like over 600 of them.
58:23
So thank you. Um, so how will use,
58:25
how will using the plr.me content create real value.
58:30
This is a fantastic question.
58:31
I really want us to answer this because my first thought is, well,
58:36
how do you define real value? Right? What is real value?
58:39
And if you think about what our mission is as a coach,
58:43
a consultant and entrepreneur,
58:45
we're trying to help people write this. We're in the business of helping people.
58:50
That's what you do as a coach, a consultant,
58:52
you want to help someone feel better or be healthier.
58:56
Maybe you help them with healing.
58:57
Maybe you help them with overcoming mental blocks,
59:00
whatever it is you're working on your job is to help them.
59:04
And so how can you help them? What can you offer? What can you do?
59:09
That's going to help them have a transformation. Um,
59:12
those are that's the core of,
59:15
of everything that we do and the way the internet works,
59:19
the way everything works in, in terms of online marketing,
59:23
in terms of really, for most businesses, other than, you know,
59:27
physical goods like food, right? It's all about content.
59:32
You type something into Google. Why? Because you're looking for content,
59:35
you're looking for an answer to some burning question that you have,
59:40
and that burning question could be, you know, how do I,
59:43
how do I overcome, um, anxiety before speaking,
59:47
or my three-year-old is biting? How do I get that to stop or whatever it is,
59:52
whatever these questions that people type into Google or share on Facebook or
59:57
share on YouTube. All of that is, you know, trying to educate,
1:00:00
you're trying to entertain. You're trying to, as a coach or consultant,
1:00:04
you might be, um, helping someone achieve healing.
1:00:08
So that's the real value of what we do.
1:00:11
We're trying to help people and content is what we use to help people,
1:00:16
whether that's spoken, whether that's recorded in a video format,
1:00:19
whether that's written. So the plr.me,
1:00:23
content allows you to achieve all of that stuff
1:00:28
in a faster and easier way. Why?
1:00:34
Because you don't have to write from scratch.
1:00:35
So if your audience really needs help with a job interview
1:00:40
tips, well, you [email protected]. You grab some job interview tips,
1:00:45
but you can also think sort of laterally. Well,
1:00:47
it's not just about job interviewing.
1:00:49
Maybe it's also about how to present yourself. Well, and, and look the part,
1:00:54
or maybe it's also about overcoming anxiety or fears, public speaking.
1:00:58
Um, those sorts of topics, you can actually do searches on our or cipher,
1:01:02
all of those types of topics, and then grab the content could be articles.
1:01:06
It could be affirmations, something you can, um,
1:01:10
say to yourself before a job interview.
1:01:12
Here's an affirmation that you can use to help you relax and to
1:01:17
undo the stress, uh, ease your mind before you walk into the interview and boom,
1:01:22
here's an affirmation or so then you can take it to the next level of, Hey,
1:01:25
I'm going to record this for you. Here's a,
1:01:27
an affirmation that to play on your route,
1:01:31
to the job interview.
1:01:33
And maybe then you can also have a little cheat sheet that you give them or
1:01:37
some, some tips and tricks.
1:01:39
The point though is the content supports you in your mission.
1:01:42
So your real value is your secret sauce. What makes you unique?
1:01:46
It's what makes you stand out. Your methodology is so powerful. So important.
1:01:51
Our [email protected] helps you accomplish that mission. And then you can,
1:01:55
like I said, tweak it, inject your stories, examples,
1:01:58
realign it with your brand. And that content is what's going to get you clients,
1:02:03
whether that's from, um, social media, whether that's from YouTube videos,
1:02:07
whether that's from live strains or Google search or wherever,
1:02:11
but then it's going to help you convert those clients into customers,
1:02:15
paying customers, buying your product services and coaching.
1:02:19
All of our content can be used in all aspects of that,
1:02:22
whether that's the freebies, whether that's the paid pro products and programs,
1:02:26
whether that's physical handouts, whether that's live events, webinars,
1:02:31
and so on. So I hope I answered that question. Um,
1:02:34
really the it's it's what Richard was mentioning earlier.
1:02:37
You really need to know who you are,
1:02:38
who you serve and in your niche and all of that stuff.
1:02:41
That's how you're going to create real value.
1:02:45
I think you summed that up pretty good. Um,
1:02:51
so how can I legally use the content and do I have to trigger when I used the
1:02:55
content? So legally you, when you sign up with us,
1:02:59
we grant you a license to use our content. So if anybody comes to you and says,
1:03:04
Hey, where did you get that content?
1:03:06
You can come back to taking them back to us. And as long as we see that you are,
1:03:10
or are a member, well, then you can legally use that content. Now,
1:03:14
one of the things, and, and it's one of the,
1:03:17
one of the great things about pr.me is that once you have paid your membership,
1:03:22
if you don't renew, you can still use the content.
1:03:24
We don't say you have to have an active membership in order to use the content.
1:03:29
So you, you have paid your $299 for your 400 credits.
1:03:34
Um, you can use that content and you can always read,
1:03:37
download the content at any time. Do you have to attribute no are attribute? No,
1:03:42
because it's private label rights.
1:03:44
You are getting the exclusive license to brand it as your own.
1:03:47
So you don't need to put in, this was taken from Ronnie's website at the end.
1:03:50
No, we, we want you to shine with the content and we don't want any glory.
1:03:55
Um, what kind of modest like that really? I mean, we don't want to,
1:04:00
not too much glory, a little bit of glory. Yes. But not too much. Um,
1:04:04
course creation.
1:04:05
Is it better to go broad or narrow when creating a course using PLR that mate,
1:04:10
I would tend to say that it's going to depend on your audience,
1:04:15
but I think if I want something on goal setting,
1:04:19
I might want one course that's a little bit broad. And then I might go down,
1:04:24
this is my personal opinion.
1:04:26
And then I might go down and I might narrow down a niche down into motivational
1:04:31
goal setting. Um, you know,
1:04:33
what to do when the motivation stopped and niche into that particular thing.
1:04:38
Um, how do you structure the lesson plan? Well,
1:04:43
decide what is the overall objective of the course? Uh,
1:04:48
I want to make sure that people who are facing this problem can solve
1:04:53
by creating goals by doing this. Okay.
1:04:56
And then you're going to break it down into, okay. State the problem,
1:05:02
um, state wide, for example,
1:05:04
they may actually want to change whatever it is,
1:05:07
or to set a goal to achieve something, show them how to do, uh,
1:05:12
maybe give them some tools and then summarize what you've just told them.
1:05:16
That's the type of way I would,
1:05:18
I would break it down and one idea on one lesson and
1:05:23
then within that lesson breakdown,
1:05:25
to make sure that I hate to use a cliche,
1:05:28
but that a five-year-old could understand it. Um, I,
1:05:33
I used to work with a guy who was an academic and I used to have to say to him
1:05:36
sometimes, David, can you just tell me what you're actually trying to tell me?
1:05:39
Because he used to use really flowery words. You don't want something like that.
1:05:43
You want to make sure that you can target the general public.
1:05:46
So I don't use fancy words, um,
1:05:48
but tell people what they need to know how to do it and then summarize how they
1:05:52
actually, uh, did it after that. Um,
1:05:59
okay.
1:06:01
How do you monetize the content on YouTube you to meet Skillshare, et cetera?
1:06:05
Well, let's, let's take on YouTube.
1:06:09
There's so many ways to monetize on.
1:06:10
Not that if your channel gets to a certain size,
1:06:14
you can actually run ads on the, uh, on the channel of our Google,
1:06:18
who run ads on the channel and they will pay you a share. Um,
1:06:22
you might also, you could promote a product.
1:06:26
If you are a for example, a meditation coach,
1:06:30
you may actually say, Oh, I'm in this video.
1:06:33
What I'm going to talk about is this particular to, to help you meditate better.
1:06:37
There's a link in the actual description. There.
1:06:40
You to me is a difficult one because as we mentioned you to me and I'm sure it's
1:06:45
the same on Skillshare. Um, they don't give you the email addresses.
1:06:49
They don't let you, uh, promote directly.
1:06:52
So what I do for you to me is send the people to my Facebook group or send them
1:06:57
to a YouTube video, which then sends them to, Oh, by the way,
1:07:01
if you want to keep updated, uh, just sign up for my newsletter.
1:07:06
And that's one way that I would do it. How much of content needs to be changed?
1:07:10
I think for, for you, to me, for you, to, for Skillshare,
1:07:15
once you inject your personality into, once you start to talk,
1:07:18
once you get on video,
1:07:20
it actually becomes unique because it is actually uniquely yours then.
1:07:24
And it's nobody else's content. Um, this one,
1:07:29
Ronnie, do I need to record videos from the plr.me content to make sales.
1:07:33
I love the treasure that, well,
1:07:35
tell me about just because I'm interested in the answers.
1:07:37
Yeah. It came up a few times and I want to point something out here as well.
1:07:41
I mean,
1:07:41
ultimately you have to go where your audience is and the type of
1:07:46
medium that they enjoy. Um, I can tell you personally,
1:07:51
I love consuming video. YouTube is my favorite place to go. You know,
1:07:56
there's a lot you can learn, you can enjoy and enter, get entertained,
1:07:59
but you can also learn things, right. Um, and video is a medium that I enjoy.
1:08:03
So naturally I'm going to enjoy doing more video. Other people.
1:08:08
They love podcasts. They love listening. They love learning through hearing.
1:08:12
And maybe that's your media. Maybe that's,
1:08:15
then you can devote more energy and time into audio. Um,
1:08:19
do you need to record video to be successful? Absolutely not. Right.
1:08:23
You don't need to. Um, I would argue depending on what you're doing,
1:08:27
who you're trying to serve, you might want to consider it, right. Uh,
1:08:32
if you're a coach,
1:08:33
a consultant where you want someone to get comfortable with you, um,
1:08:39
they get comfortable with your style, how you sound or energy.
1:08:42
All of that stuff. Video is the best way to do that. Right.
1:08:45
And actually someone I said earlier on, right at the very beginning of,
1:08:50
uh, this session right now is I feel like I know you guys, right.
1:08:54
Just based on Richard and I's banter back and forth,
1:08:58
us being on camera that just adds a lot of, um,
1:09:03
nuances that cannot be felt or experienced with just text
1:09:08
audio. Absolutely. You can. Um, but video,
1:09:11
besides in-person like video is like number two, right? Because in-person,
1:09:15
you can see them in physical space. You can hear them. All of that.
1:09:20
The senses are engaged. Uh, video is right up there. So I love video. I'm,
1:09:24
I'm definitely an advocate for video,
1:09:26
but if you're not comfortable with that yet, if that's just not your, your,
1:09:29
your mode, um,
1:09:31
how you consume information or maybe that's not how your audience consumes
1:09:34
information, that's totally okay. You can do other methods as well.
1:09:38
I think the other thing is, as I was running says, the banter,
1:09:42
the banter is real good.
1:09:43
If you could see the conversations that we have during the day, it's real,
1:09:47
we have banter, but don't create a persona,
1:09:51
be yourself because I know of a marketer and he creates a huge persona.
1:09:56
And then years later came out that this was just an act that he put on to make
1:10:01
him look like something else. I think you sort of feel cheated by that.
1:10:06
So be yourself, lots of people may hate you, but that's okay.
1:10:09
But then there will be people who will gravitate towards you.
1:10:12
And those are the people that you want. You don't want to,
1:10:15
you don't want the haters.
1:10:15
You want the people who gravitate towards you because they like you.
1:10:18
They like your personality. They like your jokes. Um, whatever it may be.
1:10:23
And you're saying, I can make this guy laugh.
1:10:25
Yeah. It's easy for you to make me laugh. Um, but I would like to say about, um,
1:10:30
if you're not comfortable on video,
1:10:33
the only way to get comfortable with something. I say this to my kids,
1:10:36
you just got to do it right. The more you do it, the more comfortable you get,
1:10:39
I can tell you,
1:10:41
it is painful for me to watch videos of myself from even, you know, two,
1:10:45
three years ago, let alone, you know, eight years ago, uh,
1:10:50
it's painful, right. But if you're not doing it,
1:10:55
you can't grow and you can't get better. And, um, I just,
1:10:59
I just want to point out that if you are unique
1:11:04
and, and project your uniqueness and your authenticity,
1:11:08
it doesn't matter how, like it's the sound and the professionalism.
1:11:13
You don't need to have a high hire,
1:11:14
a big film crew or anything you just need to be you.
1:11:17
And I've seen you sometimes you see viral videos of teenagers who are just
1:11:22
emotional and vulnerable and sharing their own stories.
1:11:26
That's what we're talking about. Just being vulnerable, being you. That's the,
1:11:29
I can tell you the biggest piece, um, when it comes to an intimate, medium,
1:11:34
like video is to just be you to be authentic project your own uniqueness and
1:11:39
your own, um, really what makes you special? So, yeah, let's continue on.
1:11:43
I just wanted to, to answer that about the.
1:11:46
If not put a, put a cat on the video or a doc,
1:11:50
something silly videos, um,
1:11:53
how do you use a PLR content to say consistent in social media posts? Okay.
1:11:58
So I think the key word for me in this is
1:12:03
to be consistent, to have a plan. And just to,
1:12:07
I always give the example that two years ago,
1:12:09
I set up an Instagram profile and the idea was to post one picture every single
1:12:13
day for a year. Okay. And I thought easy after 90 days,
1:12:18
I gave up. Why?
1:12:20
Because it was too difficult to find something new to photograph.
1:12:23
So if I had said one picture a week,
1:12:26
it would have been better than one picture a day.
1:12:29
So be consistent and have a plan and say,
1:12:32
what am I going to do with my social media content is on a Monday,
1:12:35
I'm going to pick a wallpaper and posters. And on a Friday,
1:12:39
I'm going to tweet a little motivational quote and that's it.
1:12:44
And then be consistent because what happens is people expect the video on a
1:12:49
Monday or whatever it is on a Friday.
1:12:52
And then you don't even know how many people are actually viewing that.
1:12:55
And they liked it. And then suddenly you stop. And they say, well,
1:12:58
I wonder what happened to Richard? Why doesn't he post anymore?
1:13:01
And consistency is a huge thing.
1:13:03
Another hard I've had issues with this on my YouTube channel are both spending
1:13:07
in quite some time, just with a couple of things that have been going on,
1:13:10
but don't try and overdo. Don't say,
1:13:13
I'm going to post on every single medium. Where are your tribe,
1:13:18
your niche. Now, you know that, for example, on LinkedIn,
1:13:22
you're going to have to put business-related stuff.
1:13:24
You're not going to put a funny means our memes,
1:13:29
which you would put on Facebook. So if you're a Triber on LinkedIn,
1:13:31
keep it professional. If they're on Facebook,
1:13:33
they don't want stuff about business. Maybe. So again,
1:13:36
know where your drive are. I don't try and be on every social media.
1:13:39
You don't need to be on every social media, focus on one, get big there, um,
1:13:44
and just be consistent.
1:13:46
And actually one thing I want to point out here is the awesome content
1:13:50
calendar that we have. I mean,
1:13:52
our team spent a lot of time to create the calendar, to give you, um,
1:13:57
a meet up, sorry,
1:13:58
marketing plan for each holiday in the calendar to give you recommended products
1:14:03
for the calendar.
1:14:03
And then Richard spends the time to record the video to kind of give you even
1:14:07
more, uh,
1:14:07
marketing ideas and strategies for the free marketing month, right.
1:14:12
For the content Keller for the month. So Richard,
1:14:14
if you don't mind just switching over to the site,
1:14:17
just to show people where to get the founder again.
1:14:19
I was just going to do that. Let me just.
1:14:24
I know you've got to shift though,
1:14:25
or shift around the Q and a and the chat box and all of that. Um, but the,
1:14:29
the content marketing calendar is a great way to stay consistent because
1:14:33
oftentimes we don't know what to publish, or we don't know what to say.
1:14:37
You know, it, it, you don't want to be that guy.
1:14:39
Who's always saying the same thing over and over again. You know, it's like,
1:14:43
Hey, it's, do you need a coach? Come talk to me like, no,
1:14:47
you got to give people content that they want. That's timely, that's relevant.
1:14:51
Um, so this is the content calendar. We have it for every month of the year.
1:14:56
And you can see multiple different holidays. Sometimes they're kind of quirky,
1:15:00
weird holidays, like national high five day that's a day, apparently.
1:15:05
Um, and so we give you some ideas, you know,
1:15:07
here's some ideas put together a five day positive self-talk challenge, no.
1:15:11
And so on. And then below, and by the way, also we use, I, you know,
1:15:15
I don't know that I've ever mentioned this, or if I have, it's been a while,
1:15:19
scroll up a tiny bit, Richard, we actually show you the hashtags for that day.
1:15:24
So if you want to piggy back off of those hashtags,
1:15:29
that's a really great way of doing it.
1:15:31
If you're not a huge on social media and you don't know what that all means,
1:15:35
that's okay.
1:15:35
It's the quick summary is that when people are searching
1:15:40
for content on social media,
1:15:42
oftentimes they click through these hashtags and they see other posts that are
1:15:47
related. And that's actually how you can get discovered.
1:15:49
So on national high five day,
1:15:51
all the people who are using that hashtag you're going to be up there.
1:15:54
You're going to be found because they're using that hashtag. Um, if you also,
1:15:59
Richard, if you don't mind, uh, actually I'll,
1:16:02
I'll come back to the hashtag thing in just a second. Just scroll down first.
1:16:05
Sorry. I'm I want to just finish that thought,
1:16:08
but here's an example of the national high five day bundles.
1:16:11
So there's several resources.
1:16:13
You can get the entire bundle by clicking the green download bundle button,
1:16:17
or you can just download the items that you want below.
1:16:20
So you see beside the little credit icon, it says one.
1:16:23
So that means it's one credit.
1:16:24
And then you see the little down arrow for the download button.
1:16:27
So you can just click that and you can download just that item.
1:16:30
You don't necessarily need the entire bundle if you don't want to. Um,
1:16:34
so we have that all planned out for you.
1:16:36
Hmm. Yeah. Um, for example, you might say, well,
1:16:39
how can you use the national high five day? Well, what about self-esteem boost?
1:16:42
Somebody's, self-esteem,
1:16:43
you're a coach that works with kids or a parenting coach or a fitness coach,
1:16:49
give your clients a high five, you know, um, show them self-esteem, you know,
1:16:53
you're doing a really great job, et cetera. So again,
1:16:56
it's about thinking outside the box because a lot of people say, how can I,
1:17:00
I'm an executive coach? How can I use high five,
1:17:02
make sure that your team are motivated high five. Okay. Um,
1:17:07
a little bit difficult on zoom.
1:17:11
Just kind of look awkwardly through him. If you don't mind going back one,
1:17:15
one step, um, to the, to the main content calendar page.
1:17:20
Um, and just so people are aware of how to find the calendar again,
1:17:24
your best friend is going to be at the top, the learn button, uh,
1:17:28
in the top navigation, you click that and you see where it says,
1:17:30
content marketing calendar. You click that,
1:17:32
and then you'll get to the page and scroll down just a little bit, Richard.
1:17:36
So if you haven't read this page,
1:17:38
so this page is plr.me/content-marketing-calendar, Oregon.
1:17:43
Just go to learn, click on content marketing calendar, just scroll down.
1:17:46
Richard.
1:17:47
There is a huge ultimate guide to content marketing and planning.
1:17:52
There's a video there. You can watch that, but scroll down and you'll see all,
1:17:56
a lot of useful information. Um,
1:17:59
and there's a little overview on the sidebar,
1:18:02
a thing go to how,
1:18:04
how do you create content for social media? Maybe click on that one.
1:18:09
Uh, okay. Well, Nope, not that one.
1:18:12
Maybe it's under content planning strategies or there's a section in here about
1:18:14
hashtags. That was my point. I wanted to just mention that. Yep. There it is.
1:18:18
Relevant hashtags.
1:18:19
So you can go through and read this just to learn about how hashtags work
1:18:23
there's links to different tools for hashtags.
1:18:26
This article is very extensive if you want, um,
1:18:30
to just up your social media game and what you post and how you post them,
1:18:35
all that stuff. Take a look at this page. Um, so again,
1:18:39
just go to the learn button at the top menu,
1:18:41
click on content marketing calendar, and then just scroll down. You'll see that.
1:18:44
Um,
1:18:45
so I hope that that answers the question of how do you be consistent on social
1:18:48
media, use the calendar, use the content, and it's going to be really,
1:18:53
really helpful for you.
1:18:54
Yeah, I I'm being consistent is, is, is the key there? Um,
1:19:00
how do I utilize content from different categories without assuming all over the
1:19:03
place? I think this is about making sure that you tell the story. Okay.
1:19:08
So that, you know, again, you know, your niche, I help people,
1:19:13
um, in their forties to set better goals. Now,
1:19:16
what type of challenges do those people have? Self-esteem okay.
1:19:21
So if you don't have a good self-esteem,
1:19:24
you may always fail at your goals.
1:19:26
Here's how I'm going to help you with that procrastination. Well, link it back.
1:19:31
One of the major things that happens when people set goals is they set the goals
1:19:35
in there. So if somebody goes, that's great, I don't have to do anything else.
1:19:38
And they don't take the next step or they procrastinate to take the next step.
1:19:41
So you need to think a little bit,
1:19:43
a little bit there about your niche and how you can intertwine everything.
1:19:47
It's storytelling, it's, it's, uh, uh,
1:19:51
connecting the dots between different things. That is what you need to do.
1:19:55
We will provide you with the content.
1:19:57
You need to just think that little bit uncertain. Well, you know,
1:20:00
I'm a fitness coach. Self-esteem self-confidence,
1:20:04
I don't want to go to gym cause everybody's super fearful and I'm a little
1:20:07
overweight.
1:20:08
They weren't always like that. So build up yourself, confidence.
1:20:11
I procrastinate. I don't go to the gym again. Everything can be fitted in.
1:20:14
What you don't want to do is Hey, this week I'm talking about goal setting. Hey,
1:20:18
next week, I'm talking about, um, dietary next week,
1:20:21
I'm talking about nutrition,
1:20:22
unless you can join the dots together and make everything seem,
1:20:27
uh, connected our connect, everything there. Um,
1:20:32
how do you create an ebook from a collection of PLR articles?
1:20:34
The formatting seems tricky. Well,
1:20:37
I'm going to hand it over to our chief designer, Mr. Running each month,
1:20:41
because I want to be able to do this.
1:20:44
Well. I want to, uh, so there's two parts to this.
1:20:46
So how do you create an book from a collection of articles? And then the,
1:20:49
you know, sometimes formatting is, can be a little bit finicky. So, um,
1:20:52
I do have a design background.
1:20:54
They want to talk about the design piece in a minute, but first of all,
1:20:57
when you are creating an ebook or when you're creating a course,
1:21:02
before you start assembling all of the articles you want to think about,
1:21:06
what's the purpose,
1:21:07
what is the main thing we want someone to experience or feel
1:21:12
or transform? What's what's the main goal of the ebook or of the course.
1:21:17
And when you figured that out, then you start backtracking K. Well,
1:21:20
if let's say the main goal is you want someone to have a healing in terms of
1:21:25
their attitude and mindset, you know, from,
1:21:28
from broken relationships or something like that. So, okay. That's the end goal,
1:21:32
there's a healing there and now how are they going to do that? What's the steps.
1:21:36
And so you might now have a list of, um, uh, of,
1:21:41
of, uh, an outline, right? Uh, sort of the curriculum, right? So, well,
1:21:46
we want to maybe work on ourself. Our self-talk,
1:21:49
we want to work on healing the past. We want to work on, um,
1:21:52
things that we want to say or do when it comes to others. You know,
1:21:56
maybe we need to have some forgiveness or healing,
1:21:59
or maybe there's something there that we need to work on, make that list,
1:22:02
make that curriculum, make that outline, and then go to plr.me and do this,
1:22:07
do your searches. Right? And think in different ways,
1:22:09
thinking different types of keywords.
1:22:12
So you might type in forgiveness or you might type in forgive,
1:22:16
maybe you type in, um, heal or healing, maybe you type in, um,
1:22:20
self-talk or confidence and so on.
1:22:23
You can go through and now you can create all those, um, your list of content.
1:22:28
Richard, if, again, if you don't mind switching over to the site,
1:22:30
I just want to show now what you would do next. Um, you know,
1:22:34
when you create this list, you have this outline. Well,
1:22:39
if you D if you don't mind, just go to, um, just go at the top, click on, uh,
1:22:44
products and then go to new.
1:22:48
So when we see the, the,
1:22:51
the main site where all of our products are, there's over 15,000 products,
1:22:56
uh, and sorry, right now Richard's not logged in, so it's not going to appear.
1:22:59
Um, if it's, is it easy for you to log in without messing everything up?
1:23:07
I think I read it, but that's okay. So, okay.
1:23:11
So perfect. So what Richard's going to log in, and of course the,
1:23:15
the site is a little bit different,
1:23:16
not a ton different if you're logged in versus not logged in,
1:23:19
but the main thing is when you are logged in,
1:23:22
you can enforce that load content. Right. But you can also create collections.
1:23:27
Um, I think you're, I think the password is filled in.
1:23:30
Yeah, no, no. Without, uh, okay.
1:23:36
So, uh, there we go. So, um,
1:23:40
when you're logged in,
1:23:41
you will see a button beside the download.
1:23:45
So just scroll down, uh, Richard on the tile. So you see there's this,
1:23:50
the lines with the little plus sign, um,
1:23:53
on the right there that allows you to add the product to a collection.
1:23:57
So let's just go through this again. So we create this outcome. Okay.
1:24:00
What is the outcome of the ebook? Well,
1:24:02
I want to help people with healing when it comes to their past and relationships
1:24:05
is on, okay, now we have this L line. Well, we're,
1:24:07
they're struggling with self-talk and they're struggling with forgiveness,
1:24:10
and they're struggling with these topics.
1:24:12
Now I searched plr.me for those keywords,
1:24:17
and now I can actually start adding those products to a collection.
1:24:20
So for example,
1:24:21
you can just click on the create new collection and you can name this, you know,
1:24:26
healing ebook,
1:24:27
and now you have all of the articles or eBooks or
1:24:32
affirmations, any of the content. You can just click on the,
1:24:37
the collection and just add it to that collection. Right.
1:24:39
So scrolls down to Richard is Richard has a lot of cool collections.
1:24:43
So click on healing. E-book and, uh,
1:24:45
let's just add a couple more just for the sake of this demo here.
1:24:50
Um, and you don't have to add collections by the way,
1:24:53
but it's just helpful to organize your thoughts. Um, you can just right away,
1:24:57
click on download and maybe Richard, just to show you how easy it is. Just,
1:25:00
just choose any product there and just click the little download icon. Um,
1:25:04
so just click on that and, Oh, you will.
1:25:10
So there you go. So now, you know, it's downloading, um,
1:25:13
it is already downloaded you access to it right away, and you can see, you know,
1:25:18
when something is downloaded, when you see that green check Mark, right?
1:25:21
So then you see the green check Mark on the tile. It means now you can read,
1:25:24
download that item as many times as you'd like,
1:25:27
there's no charge for re downloading, um, now on the sidebar.
1:25:30
So do you see on the left side of your screen says, discover,
1:25:34
and it says just for you, new PLR products popular.
1:25:38
So if you see there on the side, Richard,
1:25:41
see where it says favorites and my collections let's click on that.
1:25:46
So what that does is it's going to take you to the collection that you just
1:25:50
created. Oh, it looks like it's, well, you don't have any favorites.
1:25:53
So let's do, let's scroll down to the one that you just created,
1:25:55
the healing ebook. And there we go.
1:25:59
So you added two products to it, and now you can,
1:26:03
the products that you added to the collection.
1:26:05
So that's a way of organizing your favorites and creating different.
1:26:09
Let's say you're working in different projects in ebook, a presentation course,
1:26:13
you can create different collections and then you can make them private.
1:26:17
So you don't have to share that, or you can make them public.
1:26:19
And that means other people will be able to see your collection as well.
1:26:24
W what I find about a useful versus that, for example,
1:26:28
I want to S I want to do a course here called moving jobs. Now,
1:26:32
I don't know when I created this collection,
1:26:34
but if I just go in now I have everything that I need for that.
1:26:40
Okay. Or that I think could actually be good. So I might say, okay, well,
1:26:43
the people that are going to target are people over 40.
1:26:46
So I can start with this. I can start with that. I, I,
1:26:51
it cuts down the time of me searching.
1:26:53
Cause sometimes it's like having a notebook, they say,
1:26:55
have a notebook by your bed. So when you have those ideas,
1:26:57
you write them all down. So that later on, you may use them.
1:27:00
But now I can just go in and I can say, okay, I want to do a health webinar.
1:27:04
And I have all of the items that I want to talk about that I want to talk about,
1:27:08
um, at that particular time.
1:27:11
Absolutely. Um, also, if you don't mind, um, rich,
1:27:15
go scroll up a little bit and then go to the top. Right?
1:27:19
See that little down arrow. Um, we're going to click that.
1:27:22
And then you see there where it says my downloads.
1:27:27
So my downloads is of course, all of your download history. So you can see here,
1:27:31
Richard is downloaded at 741 products. He spent three,
1:27:34
3,600 and some odd credits,
1:27:37
and we have over 15,000 variable products.
1:27:40
Now you can scroll down and you can see all of your download history in here.
1:27:44
You can do a search for all the products related to motivation.
1:27:47
And it's going to find those for you. You can also sort by date, title,
1:27:51
category type costs in the top bar there as well.
1:27:56
So you can see what bundles you've downloaded. And, um,
1:27:59
if you want a different view, you can just in the top left that there, Richard,
1:28:03
you can click on that, you'll see the tile view. So this is the bundles,
1:28:06
all the products that you create, uh,
1:28:08
downloaded an or this is organized now by credit costs. Um,
1:28:12
if you don't mind Richard,
1:28:13
go up for a little bit and click on date.
1:28:19
So you can now sort by date. So this is what Richard just downloaded today, uh,
1:28:23
or go, this is, this is reverse, uh, click on date one more time.
1:28:26
That's to 2018 and then today, um, well maybe you're on a different page,
1:28:31
April 7th. That's not today or wait, you downloaded something today anyway. Um,
1:28:36
you might, it might be, Oh, sorry. You have motivation on as the search.
1:28:39
So anything relating to motivation? Well,
1:28:42
that's the last thing you downloaded under that category.
1:28:44
So there's today that what you downloaded, uh,
1:28:46
also there is an export button there on the right. And what that does is it, uh,
1:28:51
gives you a spreadsheet view of all the things that you've downloaded with links
1:28:55
to the products you've downloaded, um, the categories, all that information.
1:28:59
So you can, you can start cataloging say, well, I published this, um,
1:29:04
resource here on this site on Facebook or on Pinterest or wherever.
1:29:08
So you can organize all that information as well.
1:29:09
So I just wanted to point that out as well. Um, okay. Um,
1:29:14
anything else about that?
1:29:19
I think we're good on that.
1:29:20
Um, so let's let's,
1:29:23
and we're trying to answer as many questions as you,
1:29:26
as you send to us as well. So let's see what I can't remember. What's next?
1:29:30
Is that the last one?
1:29:31
Uh, let me just have a look here.
1:29:35
I'm still quite.
1:29:36
A novice when it comes to using keynote.
1:29:42
So, so let's go back to the site for just a quick second. Um,
1:29:47
and I just want to point out again that we do have the 50% bonus sale going on
1:29:51
right now. And, um, again, what that means is, um,
1:29:56
you get 50% more credits from whatever you buy.
1:30:00
So if you buy our monthly plan,
1:30:02
you get a one-time bonus of 50 credits.
1:30:06
You get a hundred credits per month plus 50 one-time bonus credits as well. And,
1:30:10
um, let's say you sign up for the annual plan. So I,
1:30:13
Richard just go to plr.me/april sale.
1:30:18
Okay.
1:30:21
Perfect. So, um, you can say get, uh,
1:30:25
400 credits per year. So just scroll down.
1:30:28
And the 400 credits is normally two 99 per year. Well, for two 99,
1:30:33
you're going to get 400 per year plus 201 time bonus credit.
1:30:37
So it's a great deal. It's it ends tomorrow, uh,
1:30:41
April 30th at 11:59 PM Pacific. So just wanted to point that out there,
1:30:46
um, the link to, to, uh,
1:30:49
access that is peeler.me/april sale.
1:30:54
Um, that is where you will go to get the 50% bonus.
1:30:58
Um, if you have any questions about that,
1:31:01
please add that into the Q and a so we can answer those.
1:31:05
And while you add those questions,
1:31:08
there's a couple of questions in here that we will talk about as well. Um,
1:31:11
so Sonia asks is the content calendar downloadable. No,
1:31:14
it's all available on our website.
1:31:16
The reason why it's not downloadable of course,
1:31:18
is we have a lot of products that we're listing on there where we're showcasing,
1:31:23
uh, all sorts of bundles and materials.
1:31:25
So it's not something that's downloadable, but it is free to access.
1:31:29
You don't even need to log in. You can access that 24 seven. Um,
1:31:34
okay.
1:31:37
One, one thought I will take just by looking there is Nikki's question,
1:31:42
uh, what to charge impossible.
1:31:46
Impossible to,
1:31:47
to answer that question without knowing lots about your audience,
1:31:52
but rather than charge ask yourself,
1:31:56
what is the value that you're giving we've asked about value.
1:31:59
So what do you want to do is you want to stack value? I,
1:32:02
this is where it all was back down to your niche and knowing who you're serving,
1:32:06
because I have a challenge. If you say, um,
1:32:10
give me $97 on a fixture challenge, I'll say, well, no,
1:32:14
but if you said a margin, if you could, um,
1:32:19
set goals easily, uh, breakthrough procrastination, do this, do that,
1:32:23
do the other, you're telling me what you're giving you're,
1:32:26
you're showing me the value. And then suddenly you say,
1:32:30
and this is all for just $97. Let me go home. That's pretty good.
1:32:34
So don't think about the pricing because the pricing will be affected by who
1:32:38
your audience are as well, because I may want to do a career change course,
1:32:44
and I might want to charge a heck $9,797 for that.
1:32:48
But if my audience has lost their job,
1:32:51
197 is going to be difficult for them,
1:32:54
but for an executive who maybe wants to change his job 197 is
1:32:58
not a lot. Um, the example, the example I love to,
1:33:03
to always give an and again,
1:33:04
going back to Apple is Apple never tell you how much the phone is before they've
1:33:09
actually gone through the whole presentation.
1:33:12
It makes you sexier makes you take better pictures.
1:33:14
You're going to look so much more handsome, et cetera, et cetera. Oh,
1:33:17
and by the way, the new iPhone just starts at $799. Now,
1:33:21
if they had said at the beginning, we're charging $799,
1:33:25
they would have lost possibly a lot of their audience,
1:33:29
but when they stack the value, wow, for $799,
1:33:33
I'm going to be all these things, take my money. That's what happens to me.
1:33:38
But the thing is that you need to show the value.
1:33:41
You need to show what you are providing and how
1:33:46
the price is going to be something that's not even, it's just, uh, it's I mean,
1:33:50
$97, et cetera.
1:33:52
I buy courses at $37 because I look at what I'm going to get out from
1:33:57
that course I look at, okay,
1:33:59
now you're going to learn how to create a membership site, what software tools,
1:34:03
the five mistakes, and how to make more money with your membership site,
1:34:07
with one tweak to your actual, whatever it may be, your sales copy.
1:34:11
And that's okay. It's only $37. Whereas if they said $37 first,
1:34:15
I might've said no. So I think a little bit about that. Um,
1:34:20
Victoria asked a question. Did we answered Victoria's question?
1:34:24
Uh, yeah, it was, um, about, you know, do you,
1:34:27
can you make money with a relationship course or do you only,
1:34:30
can you only sell business and marketing courses? And I answered that, uh,
1:34:33
in tech, but just to reiterate what I,
1:34:36
what I was saying was of course you can make money selling a relationship
1:34:39
course. I mean, that's a huge niche.
1:34:40
There's people who are preparing to get married, there's newlyweds,
1:34:43
there's there's people who get married and then have kids and have doubt
1:34:47
conflicts and struggles and issues. There there's families in crisis, you know,
1:34:52
marriage is in crisis or divorces the forest ease and so on.
1:34:55
There's so much to help people within that niche.
1:34:59
And then you can also get into different types of things, right? I mean,
1:35:02
if you are a Christian coach, you can be talking about, you know,
1:35:05
faith-based marriage courses, right. Or what, I mean, that's just one example.
1:35:10
So absolutely you can make money in the marriage niche. Um, yes,
1:35:14
there will be a replay of this video. Um, Garifuna so not to worry about that.
1:35:18
There's a couple of questions. I just want to talk while we're on this page.
1:35:21
If you already have an account,
1:35:22
let's say you have your annual planets coming up for renewal in may.
1:35:28
So there's a couple of things that you can do. So first of all, um,
1:35:31
so this is going out to Nikki and Paul. Um, so first of all,
1:35:35
what you can do is you can, um, renew early.
1:35:39
So if you want to do that, you can just reach out to us in the chat. Um,
1:35:43
Richard, just point to that little chat button in the bottom, right there,
1:35:46
there's that blue icon, you can click that and you can reach out to us. So,
1:35:50
and then we'll, we'll help you set that up. Essentially,
1:35:52
all we're going to do is just cancel your plan and then you,
1:35:54
you can repurchase it and you can repurchase the exact same plan.
1:35:57
So that's one thing you can do. Um,
1:35:59
the other thing you can do is you can purchase members, discounted credits.
1:36:04
So scroll up a little bit, Richard, um, right now,
1:36:07
when you're not logged in the default pricing there for is for pay as you go
1:36:11
credits. And what that is is you get 10 credits with five,
1:36:15
one time bonus credits for $22. That box virtual. If you don't mind,
1:36:19
if you don't mind, um, just put the mouse into the box here you can. Yeah,
1:36:23
you can type it in. So you can say, you know what,
1:36:25
I want to buy 20 credits or I want to buy a hundred credits. Um,
1:36:28
you can change that right now when you're logged in,
1:36:30
though that number that's going to change based on your plan.
1:36:34
So based on your members planning for the,
1:36:39
the most popular, which is the 400 credits per year, um, Richard,
1:36:42
if you don't mind melting over where it says 70 cents each, um,
1:36:46
in the middle there under additional discounted credits. So, uh,
1:36:50
just a little bit lower, a little bit higher. There we go. So,
1:36:55
uh, the,
1:36:55
the discounted rate is 70 cents for each additional credit.
1:37:00
Um, and so when you're logged in, you will see there,
1:37:02
the discounted rate for members only credit. So when you're logged in,
1:37:06
you have a plan already,
1:37:07
you'll be able to buy additional credits out of discounted rate,
1:37:10
and you will still get the 50% one-time bonus credit.
1:37:13
So I want to make that clear. So if you want to stock up, so let's say maybe,
1:37:17
maybe you want to cancel and that's totally fine. Maybe you don't want to renew.
1:37:21
That's great. No problem.
1:37:23
You can stock up on your credits now and before your membership, um,
1:37:28
ends, you will get the discounted rate.
1:37:30
So you'll get 70 cents each for the credits, you'll get the 50% bonus.
1:37:35
And those member credits do not expire. So you can use them a year from now.
1:37:39
You can use them whenever, right? So they don't expire. Um,
1:37:43
so I just wanted to point that out. You can, if you already have a membership,
1:37:47
you can absolutely upgrade. You can also upgrade to a higher plan.
1:37:51
You can go to a lower plan or you can buy members, discounted credits as well.
1:37:56
Um, uh, where are your credits located? So,
1:38:01
uh, at the top, when you are logged in beside your name,
1:38:05
you will see the number of credits that you have. So right now, Richard,
1:38:08
obviously he has unlimited credits because he works with us and he's downloading
1:38:13
and testing different things, but right where it says, uh, your name,
1:38:16
it will show the number of credits you have. Um, also Richard,
1:38:19
if you don't mind clicking that little down arrow again at the top, right? Okay.
1:38:24
And then you can click on my credits in the menu
1:38:30
and you will see all details about your plan, right?
1:38:33
So you'll obviously Richard's logged into a demo account,
1:38:37
so that's totally different, but you will see, okay.
1:38:39
My current plan is a free planner. My current plan is the annual plan.
1:38:43
And it'll show you your renewal date. It'll show you how many credits you have,
1:38:46
and then you can also upgrade or downgrade or purchase credits from this page as
1:38:51
well. Okay. Um, and so I just wanted to put,
1:38:55
put that out there so you understand how that works. Um,
1:39:02
uh, okay. So.
1:39:05
John just asked too,
1:39:06
we have a mortgage lender because he's a mortgage broker. Well,
1:39:10
one of the things that, uh,
1:39:12
we can do here is if we go to products and we go view all categories and
1:39:16
products, we see most of our popular products here. So for example,
1:39:21
we have savings and investing and real estate. So, uh, John,
1:39:25
what you could do is you could go here. And one of the,
1:39:29
one of the things that is really useful to show is you can go down here
1:39:34
and under types, you can filter by the types of content that you want.
1:39:39
So if you want, for example, John, you want to say, well,
1:39:41
what reports in the books to PR that may have about, uh,
1:39:45
real estate? You can see all of the actual eBooks there. Now,
1:39:49
remember all of the content can be edited. So you might say, well,
1:39:54
one change that guarantees your proper prosper, regardless of your income,
1:39:58
that can be changed. Budget room makeovers, uh,
1:40:02
in a weekend for under a thousand dollars for your apartment,
1:40:05
for your man-cave, for whatever it may be.
1:40:08
You can take all of those and you can edit them to your actual voice there.
1:40:13
Okay. Um, Oh, Tisha had a great question.
1:40:18
This comes up a lot as well. So can you preview the content before downloading?
1:40:22
Uh, that's a great question, Richard,
1:40:24
if you don't mind just choosing one of the books. So when you click on the tile,
1:40:28
you'll get to the product page. Right. So you'll see, um, uh, on the,
1:40:32
you'll see the big picture and on the right, you'll see, download,
1:40:35
you'll see it costs five credits. And if we scroll down, we have a,
1:40:39
here's what you get. So with this one, you're getting a pages file,
1:40:42
which is a Mac file for the designed page, um, layout,
1:40:47
there's the document and the doc, the doc doc file is a tongue twister.
1:40:51
The PowerPoint file is file PDF doc X and JPEG. Uh, the JPG file is of course,
1:40:56
just the picture of the book cover in front.
1:40:59
Then when you scroll down and you see, okay, well,
1:41:01
there's the table of contents. You see what the outline is?
1:41:04
And then you have the page view, we call this sort of the product showcase.
1:41:08
And so you can see what the page layout looks like. The number of pages,
1:41:12
this is a shorter book. That's why it's only five credits. Um,
1:41:15
all of our newer ones over the last several years, they, they are, um,
1:41:20
generally, you know, 40, 50, 60 pages. And those are 10 credits. Cause again,
1:41:24
a lot more time research, editing, writing, designing,
1:41:28
all that goes into that. Um, and, uh, yeah,
1:41:31
so that's how you can see the preview. Now.
1:41:33
Unfortunately we can't just give you the full text because some
1:41:38
people, and it's not you, but some people will be like, Hey,
1:41:41
you got this for free. Now I can go and use it. Um, so that's why we, we,
1:41:46
we can't just give you the entire text, um, available to, to copy. Right. Um,
1:41:50
that kind of makes sense. So, uh, the preview though, the,
1:41:54
the table of contents or the screenshots of what it looks like,
1:41:57
that kind of gives you a really good sense of what you get with the product.
1:42:01
One of the, one of the questions that I guess I get asked a lot is people say,
1:42:06
well, do you have, uh,
1:42:09
an ebook about retirement are sorry,
1:42:11
do you have course about retirement planning? And I said, well,
1:42:14
why don't we don't have a course, we have an ebook here.
1:42:18
So what you could do is you could take this ebook and this could become the
1:42:22
basis of your course. So again, this is where I say, repurpose the content.
1:42:27
This could be a series of webinars that you do that,
1:42:30
then you record and you produce later as a course. So, you know,
1:42:35
we're going to talk about whatever it is about a retirement,
1:42:40
and we're going to have five lessons,
1:42:42
and then you take the content from the ebook and you can take that into a
1:42:45
course. So while we do have nine courses,
1:42:49
we have so many eBooks that you can just change into a course very,
1:42:52
very quickly. So again,
1:42:54
always think around how can I use this content and always have a look here as
1:42:58
well. This is, uh, related recommended products, recommended products,
1:43:03
uh, like you have on Amazon. People also bought our people also looked at,
1:43:07
so these can also be a great idea to get extra material as well.
1:43:14
Um, Jeff is asking about creating content for an industry that maybe we don't
1:43:19
currently cover. Um, so it depends, it depends on the industry. Uh,
1:43:23
if it's something that is sort of, for the benefit of all of our clients,
1:43:27
you know, if it's a topic that's relating to health, wellness, uh, business,
1:43:32
marketing, finance, uh, something along those lines, um, you know, it's,
1:43:36
it's likely something that we can do. Uh, it,
1:43:39
I can't make any promises like we're, we're, we really do.
1:43:42
Hyper-focused on the topics we do, because we don't want to have, you know,
1:43:46
one article on dog training and great. There was one article on dog trading,
1:43:49
like it's, that's not our niche. Like I love dogs,
1:43:52
but that's not what we focus on. Um, or cryptocurrencies or whatever.
1:43:57
Like there, there's just certain things that, um, we, we're just,
1:44:01
we're just not specialized in. So we want to focus on what we specialize in. Um,
1:44:05
okay. Um, okay. So I'm trying to look at all of the different, um,
1:44:12
uh, Oh, Paul here. This is a great question.
1:44:14
I work with business owners and their senior teams.
1:44:16
Do you have business oriented products, willing to strategy team development,
1:44:19
co contribution engagements? Yes. So, um, great question, Paul, um,
1:44:24
Richard, if you don't mind scrolling up and again,
1:44:26
I'm just the reason why I always,
1:44:29
I don't just want to give you links.
1:44:31
I want you to know how to find this stuff yourself as well, right? Teach, uh,
1:44:36
teach someone to fish. They will learn,
1:44:38
they will eat for a lifetime or whatever that saying is.
1:44:42
So if you go to at the top where it says products,
1:44:45
and now under the popular categories, of course,
1:44:48
those are just the popular ones. Um, as Richard,
1:44:52
you mentioned below there, it says view all categories and product types.
1:44:57
So let's just click that even though business and marketing is listed under our
1:45:00
popular. I just want to show you this.
1:45:02
And I think you digital is before you mentioned it, at least.
1:45:04
So these are all of the categories, the little number that you see there,
1:45:08
it tells you how many resources are in that category. So for dating,
1:45:12
your relationships are 625 resources. Um,
1:45:16
now if you scroll down under that is the product types and types
1:45:20
are things like, um, just scroll down a little bit more. Um,
1:45:24
so like articles, um, you know,
1:45:27
we have a lot of articles there's over 5,000 articles, um,
1:45:31
or their sales pages.
1:45:32
There's wallpapers all sorts of different types of materials. So Paul,
1:45:37
when it comes to business owners, in terms of, um, strategy team development,
1:45:42
if you don't mind,
1:45:43
Richard is scrolling up and let's go to the business and marketing category.
1:45:47
Now with this set, I'm going to, there's a little caveat here. Of course,
1:45:52
the topics you're mentioning in terms of team development, um,
1:45:55
that's not necessarily business related, right? I mean,
1:45:58
that could be communication related.
1:46:00
So I want to just show you really quickly how you can, um, search sort filter,
1:46:05
how to find the content that you're looking for. But first off,
1:46:08
we're just in the business in marketing category to category and let's scroll
1:46:10
down and let's see, um, we have several products,
1:46:15
examples here. Um, so how to spend your mornings like a successful entrepreneur,
1:46:20
uh, five light bulb moments that inspired leading entrepreneurs.
1:46:23
So this is again, business marketing stuff right now,
1:46:26
if you're looking for something specific relating to team building
1:46:30
communication. So on the first thing I want to do is I want to S I,
1:46:33
you could type in a keyword, right? You can type in communication,
1:46:36
or you can type in team building. Uh, but what I want to do here,
1:46:39
I'm going to start to do it a little bit backwards.
1:46:41
So what I'm going to do on the side, Richard, if you don't mind, um,
1:46:45
clicking where it says categories, click on show more.
1:46:49
Okay.
1:46:50
So now we're going to see all the different categories now where it says career
1:46:53
and job, um, like a quarter of the way up.
1:46:57
Uh, yes. Yep. Sorry.
1:47:00
So we put that now what we're doing is we're showing all of the content relating
1:47:05
to two categories, business, and marketing and career and job.
1:47:09
Now let's just choose one more just for the sake of this.
1:47:12
And let's go to actually, let's, let's choose, um, communication,
1:47:16
I think is somewhere or goal setting, whatever it doesn't matter. Um,
1:47:20
so here goal setting. So again,
1:47:21
maybe there's goals that need to be accomplished within a corporate environment.
1:47:26
So now we're seeing all of the content in those categories,
1:47:29
but maybe you're not looking for all types of products.
1:47:32
Maybe you want something specific. Maybe you're only looking for articles,
1:47:36
or maybe you're only looking for eBooks,
1:47:37
so let's scroll down and then let's get to the product types.
1:47:41
So here we can see that there's 563 articles
1:47:47
relating to those three categories that we picked. And there's 22 eBooks.
1:47:52
So click on, go ahead, Richard. You can click on that. So there's 22,
1:47:57
um, uh,
1:47:58
22 eBooks relating to goal setting and achievement business and
1:48:02
marketing and the career in jobs.
1:48:07
Right? So now you can take a look at these. These are just eBooks.
1:48:11
This is not everything right. We're just, we're kind of niching it down.
1:48:14
We're trying to narrow down the search and now, Oh,
1:48:17
here ultimate guide to remote work.
1:48:19
That's really interesting maybe with all the remote work that's going on,
1:48:23
could you use that and relate that back to your senior, you know,
1:48:27
senior C level, um, corporate clients that you work with, right?
1:48:32
So you can go through this and narrow down your searches based on the
1:48:36
categories,
1:48:37
checking off the ones that you want based on the product types and then
1:48:40
browsing, but you can also do a search. So if you don't mind, Richard,
1:48:45
just scrolling up a little bit and at the top bar,
1:48:49
you will see the search.
1:48:52
So right now it's going to just search on the top left. Um, it says,
1:48:57
uh, uh, reports and eBooks,
1:48:59
if you don't mind just clicking that little dropdown and then you'll see,
1:49:02
you can actually search all the different types. If you just click on all,
1:49:06
or if you click on a certain type of a product that you're looking for.
1:49:08
So you can do a combination of search and sorting, filtering,
1:49:13
all that kind of stuff. I just wanted to, to mention that because it is very,
1:49:16
very helpful to be able to find the content that you're looking for. So, Paul,
1:49:19
I hope that that is helpful for you. Um, okay.
1:49:23
So any last minute questions before we wrap up,
1:49:25
please submit it into the Q and a, uh, Richard, go ahead.
1:49:31
So Nikki asked,
1:49:32
there's a real push to market courses for $7 multiple times. Um,
1:49:38
I think, again, it's,
1:49:39
it's value that the $7 pricing model is something that came
1:49:43
out many, many years ago, that people said, get people in at $7.
1:49:47
If I'm understanding the question, should we be selling things at $7?
1:49:52
You can sell something small at $7,
1:49:54
but a lot of people won't put value on a course, if it's $7,
1:49:59
because they'll say, well, it must be very good if it's $7.
1:50:02
So I would sell something small. And if something does is a place for $7 items,
1:50:07
low ticket items, but it's a way to get people into your funnel.
1:50:10
Now you imagine if you sold the course for $7,
1:50:13
you're not really going to be able to sell something that's $297 to that person,
1:50:18
because they're going to say I got a three-hour course from you for $7.
1:50:22
Why am I going to pay you 197?
1:50:24
So don't shoot yourself in the foot by selling something too valuable or giving
1:50:29
away something too valuable. I get asked a lot.
1:50:32
Should I give eBooks away for free? Well, maybe,
1:50:36
but maybe a checklist is better.
1:50:37
And then you sell them the answers by selling them the actual ebook.
1:50:42
Then, um, you don't want to train your audience.
1:50:46
And I don't like to use the word train,
1:50:48
but it is train your audience to be freebie seekers because then they will
1:50:52
always expect something for free. So yeah, a certain amount of content for free,
1:50:56
but not giving all of the answers.
1:50:58
You want more answers Mo I have this particular, uh, product for you.
1:51:04
Um, I'm sorry. Did they make updates for us? We've done it.
1:51:09
And come by word of nursing, which is from the documents to manage, uh,
1:51:13
possibly I guess, um, partly cause question they're running,
1:51:18
maybe we could do an open office and talk about Canva. Um,
1:51:22
you will lead up because I am not the comeback.
1:51:25
I know what, um.
1:51:27
No, you are better than I.
1:51:31
The key is use the templates, right? So I didn't actually read the question. So,
1:51:35
um,
1:51:36
how to make updates to the files we downloaded canvas or word of notice images
1:51:40
and in some of the documents and I'm finding it difficult to manage swapping
1:51:42
things out. Okay. So few quick tips. So first of all,
1:51:46
what you want to do is you want to use sites like
1:51:49
unsplash.com. Richard,
1:51:51
if you don't mind typing this in so that I don't have to type the talk at the
1:51:53
same time, um, unsplash.com pexels.com,
1:51:58
uh, pixabay.com. And, uh, there's, there are many others,
1:52:02
but those are completely royalty-free stock photos.
1:52:05
So you can easily do searches and find stock photos there that you can replace
1:52:10
images with, um, in terms of Canva, um,
1:52:14
what you can do with, with CA.
1:52:16
So Kev is really great for graphics and it's
1:52:21
okay for complicated works.
1:52:25
So like an ebook, for example,
1:52:27
that's really complicated to do in canvas because there's a lot of pages and
1:52:30
it's not really made for that. Um, but we do have a tutorial about canvas.
1:52:35
So I think, um, Berea, I think is going to be helpful. Richard,
1:52:38
if you don't mind just scrolling up again,
1:52:40
going to my favorites page on the site,
1:52:44
which is the learn, um, and on the learn category,
1:52:48
you'll see where it says how to use PLR content videos.
1:52:52
So if we took on that, we have a lot of training videos on there a lot,
1:52:57
um, and more to come now on here,
1:53:01
of course you can see last week's open office hours.
1:53:03
You can see all the different content marketing plans,
1:53:05
you see different tutorials, um, right there beside, uh, where your mouse was,
1:53:10
how to create beautiful PDFs using Canva. So under the tutorials there,
1:53:14
the second video from the left, um, Richard, if you don't mind clicking on that,
1:53:19
I know you're, I know you're busy, um, answering the chat and everything. Um,
1:53:23
so, uh, on here,
1:53:25
there's a video where I walk you through how to create a PDF
1:53:30
using Canva. And so this is, this is probably what you're looking for.
1:53:35
Um, so, so take a look at the video section. You'll find again,
1:53:40
lots of tutorials there. Um, Maria was asking,
1:53:43
can you touch on funnels and PLR?
1:53:46
Can we, can we just talk one thing just about the images do use those websites,
1:53:51
because if you use those websites,
1:53:53
you can be more or less assured that the, the content is, um,
1:53:58
licensed correctly. Um,
1:54:00
and they will tell you whether you need to attribute the author or not.
1:54:03
Don't do what some people do that I know that personally friends
1:54:08
who they just go into Google and they think everything is free because it's on
1:54:11
Google. So when you go into Google images, no, uh, just be careful of that.
1:54:15
And just, just a warning just in case, like, I know you won't do it on purpose,
1:54:19
but just in case it happens, uh, by, by accident. Sorry, go ahead.
1:54:24
No, that's a great tip. Um, Maria, can you touch on funnels and PLR? Um, I mean,
1:54:29
my, my first thing to say is what's the funnel. I mean,
1:54:31
the funnel is just content, right?
1:54:33
It could be.
1:54:35
Oh, actually, that's true. Thank you for reminding me. So, um,
1:54:39
you can actually, uh, probably, uh, just even type it in the search funnels,
1:54:43
but yeah, that's great. So before I give you my answer again,
1:54:47
on the videos page, you can go to the, uh,
1:54:50
training video under, um, marketing and sales.
1:54:54
I believe it is just scroll down a little bit more and how to build a coaching
1:54:58
sales funnel. So, and there's also how to clarify your coaching niche.
1:55:02
Both of those are really, really powerful videos that Richard recorded,
1:55:05
very in-depth and very helpful. So take a look at those, um,
1:55:09
in terms of funnel and PLR.
1:55:12
So I'm going to change the language a little bit for you and just ask you,
1:55:17
how can you get customers, right? So how do you get customers? What do you need?
1:55:21
Well, you need content. You can use your own content.
1:55:23
You can use freelance content, or you can use pillar content, right?
1:55:26
It's just content. So that's great. Now, what is a funnel? Well,
1:55:31
funnel is just getting people from Google, from Facebook,
1:55:35
from YouTube, from some other medium into your world,
1:55:39
and then becoming a paying customer. That's essentially what a funnel is.
1:55:42
I've kind of summarized for you. And, um,
1:55:45
what can you do to what kind of things can you attract people with?
1:55:48
What kind of giveaways, freebies,
1:55:50
what kind of products will get them really excited to say, wow,
1:55:53
I totally need this. This is exactly what I need is going to help me.
1:55:57
It's totally worth paying this person seven or 17 or 50 or
1:56:01
$3,000 for like that's all a funnel is just giving
1:56:06
good value and useful information that is going to help them transform their
1:56:10
life. Live better. Be better, feel better in some way.
1:56:14
So that's all I want you to think about when it comes to a funnel and PLR. Um,
1:56:19
PLR is just content.
1:56:20
A funnel is just content used in a way that attracts people in and gets them to
1:56:25
spend money with you. That's it. So, go ahead.
1:56:28
I think one of the important things is, you know,
1:56:32
we've said it for many, many years, content is King. Um,
1:56:38
don't worry about the technology at the moment, because there is the, uh,
1:56:43
depending who you listen to are depending what you read.
1:56:46
You think I have to have this software after this, after this software,
1:56:48
this software, this software.
1:56:50
And I did talk to a coach who had spent 15,000 on their website,
1:56:54
$15,000. And I said, how much is it generating?
1:56:59
And they kind of just smiled and it wasn't generating anything.
1:57:04
They had spent too much on the technology, but that thinking,
1:57:07
what am I going to put into that website? You need content. You need content,
1:57:11
whether you have a website, a Facebook group, a LinkedIn group or whatever,
1:57:14
but don't over invest in the technology until you need it.
1:57:18
When you are at a point where you need automation, well,
1:57:22
then invest in the automation. But you know,
1:57:24
don't run into the problem of spending 15,000 on a website and then saying, Oh,
1:57:28
well, I've no money for content. And then it's kind of like, well,
1:57:31
how are you going to generate that? So again,
1:57:33
the technology is just something that will help. Like we mentioned about,
1:57:37
you're going to have teleprompters,
1:57:38
you can have a DSL DLSR or DSLR cameras.
1:57:43
I'm such a smartphone person. You can have fancy microphones,
1:57:47
but just concentrate on the content and then it'll all grow like that.
1:57:52
Awesome. Well, I think we should wrap up, I mean, we're at the, uh,
1:57:55
the two hour Mark now.
1:57:57
No, really. I was thinking it was just the one.
1:58:02
So I, we, we, um, so our team was saying,
1:58:06
we don't mind. I don't, I'm so happy that you're here. If you're here,
1:58:09

1:58:18

1:58:21

1:58:26
best lives. And so, um, yeah, I, um,

1:58:47

1:58:51
um, 11:59 PM. Pacific that's that's the time like it's there.
1:58:56
Thomas up in Barcelona running. Why don't tell me,
1:59:02
you're asking the guy who lives in Toronto, what time it is in Barcelona.
1:59:05
Timezones mess with me every single time. And then when you add on time,
1:59:10
changes like daylight, because you don't do daylight saving time.
1:59:13
So now everything's even worse. So anyway,
1:59:17
don't ask me time zone stuff. That's what Google is for. Right. But, uh,
1:59:21
11:59 PM Pacific, uh, tomorrow, Friday, April 30th,
1:59:26
that's when the 50% bonus sale ends. Um,
1:59:29
so if you have any questions about that, please reach out to us in the chat. Um,
1:59:33
you know, I don't want you to miss out on that, uh, because it,
1:59:35
it does end automatically. You're going to say we'll end took it.
1:59:39
It's sort of an automatic process. Um, so, so don't wait till the last second,
1:59:44
like, you know, if it's on the top of mind right now, if you're ready to go,
1:59:47
go ahead and sign up for that 50% bonus. Um.
1:59:52
Are we here again next week? We are, we are here again next week.

2:00:29

2:00:34
yeah. Uh, so please, if there's any billing questions, please, please,
2:00:37
please just go to the chat, um, and PO on the website,
2:00:42
uh, because once he was done, like becomes a spider web of nightmares,
2:00:46
trying to find this stuff. Um, so,
2:00:49

2:00:52
or just go to pillar.me and click on the little blue icon in the bottom,
2:00:55
right of the page to contact us via the chat. Um, okay.
2:00:59
